    A top episode

I am surprised that no one has reviewed this episode before now, it is among the best ones.

Monica Dolan is great as the aggressive twins, Meg and Maeve Carter. No surprise there, I suppose, she's so very good in so many shows. It srill astounds me how they manage to get one actor to play two people as the same time, in the same scene. But I don't really want to know how the sausage is made.

The arrogant, bullying surgeon gets found out.

The situation between Jenny and and Jimmy comes to a head and it has that great line from Sister Evangelina (Pam Ferris)

Mave: I want to talk to the small one.

Sister Evangelina: She's not here. You'll have to put up with the big one.

    • Trivia
When the doctor requests "Moynihan" and Nurse Lee replies "Moynihan or Parker Kerr's?" She is giving the doctor a chance to correct a relatively large mistake. Moynihan clamps are used for clamping Arteries, while Parker Kerr's are for clamping intestines. Even though the instruments looks similar their differences are important.
