The production company had worked very hard in researching the facts from the book and memoirs of Roger de Anfraiso. Many hundreds of letters and emails were complied to bring this story to the excitement level that it had reached. When the Producer received word from France, that Roger was to receive the Medal, the production was all but prepared as only 4 days of time were left to get a multitude of things ready for the trip and the production. Producer Lauren Levine coordinated everything from office production to trip arrangements including getting the Director's passport in two days.
