Albert & Juliet

Whilst Albert & Juliet is only a short film with a limited budget it has many good qualities and indicates a very bright future for some talented young filmmakers. It touches the heart and makes you consider the main character's life beyond the film content - which is as it should be in any quality film. Encouragement to all involved to continue in this sensitive vein exploring topics that make people think about how they could make a difference in someone else's life. Clever use of our beloved Wattle Park as the main film location. Choice of this young actor worked well for the role - her unaffected style enabled us to see the character, Juliet, as believably vulnerable.
