This show was just SO chaotic. I love a good dating reality show, and this just felt super unorganized. By the end, I don't think I was rooting for a single couple, and the drama was only mildly entertaining.
Also all of the men on this show were super cringy!! Some of them are super manipulative, and others just honestly need to go to therapy. I personally don't find it super entertaining to watch people with serious personal emotional issues try to "find love" and struggle on reality TV.
Also, many of the couples had relationships with each other prior to the show, and it was clearly orchestrated to use that past drama in the show. Wasn't a huge fan of that aspect.

I feel sick that they are recycling people from old reality Tv shows, and thats what made the show pretty fake. It could be a lot better if we have a chance to see some new faces here. Why all those people keep finding love from shows to shows? It doesn't make sense. It's not a reality show anymore. It looks like they only join in to polish their name and Netflix is lazy enough to give them the tool. The content is not that bad but their choice of people made it look like a fake and dramatized shows.
Rather than a love show, they should call it recycled and fake shows for fake people. All the challenges lack creativity.

The show doesn't truly depict what all if takes to be in a real relationship. So in that regard, I do not take it seriously as such and I feel like viewers who watch shouldn't either. It is a "fun and games" type of experience. Most of the cast from season 1 and season 2 are people who are known to get around, which I feel like is more of the premise of the show. "Let's see who can stick together the longest of all the cast who mostly gets around." It's like a millennial surface based survivor show based around coupling, but not true love of course. So I recommend not taking this seriously for that.
The issue that I have is with regards to season 2. Season 1's cast was slightly older and thus more mature, however, season 2's cast was much less mature overall. There were things done behind the scenes that caused the final vote to be one that wasn't deserved and a total surprise. I think they should rethink their voting system for sure to avoid this from happening again.

1) Totally unoriginal. Love Island with little love and mostly ego.
2) Clearly trying to build on Netflix brand reality shows (all the singles are from other Netflix shows).
3) "Couples" are given little time or opportunity to build connection. Because of format, they are always in survival mode. Love shouldn't be chess, but it REALLY shouldn't be checkers.
Basically, this is "Netflix Reality All-Stars" or "Shallow People Hookup". Not Perfect Match.
Let's be honest...most of these shows are thin. But give me something or someone to root for. Anything that gives me hope that these beautiful people aren't manipulators and want the best for themselves and others. I think all these people should stay single. At least until they no longer have reality shows or followers. Then they might finally have a chance at finding love.

Fake people and a fake outcome.
This season is the cherry on top, highlighting just how dumb this show is, with most of its content being fake and scripted. It's a bunch of grown-ups behaving like teenagers, and most of the interactions are staged. What bothers me is that young or desperate people watch this show and believe that a perfect match is someone who doesn't care about them, fools around with others, and then comes back the next day claiming they care. It's fake. And it's toxic.
To see how bad this series is, just look at who won the prize. The winner clearly reflects the lack of authenticity and the superficial nature of the show. It's disheartening to see such a misguided portrayal of relationships gaining popularity.
