Paul and crew do it again!

Really, really good.

If you're not familiar with Paul Myzia's work, i highly recommend familiarizing yourself. Olive is a super gripping film- a simple concept on the surface but packed with tension.

Paul Myzia does a great job directing; he does a great job of knowing how to let a scene breathe while also keeping you on edge of your seat the whole time.

That said, Virouna is the glue the brings this short film together. She brings you into her character's, keeps the pace of the film moving forward, and is above all things-believable.

Each actor is great, and overall I was very impressed with the film.

I saw it with some friends, and afterwards couldn't stop talking about it. It's the kind of film that sticks with you after-it's simple, yet intense. Unsettling, yet familiar.

Trivia
The 33-page script was shot in two days. Reynaldo and Virouna performed the script theater style - start to finish with 3 cameras rolling continuously, and did approximately 5 takes.
