I watched this with a friend tonight and we spent 99% of the show eye-rolling with our mouths hanging open - shocked at the sheer pointlessness of this program. Seriously, I'm at a loss for how to express what a pile of garbage this is.
It's like E! News and Fact or Faked had a baby and someone dropped it on its head! It's just a motley crew of people sitting around an office discussing a bunch of paranormal events/activities that have been reported recently, like some sort of bar room anecdote. They interview people but do nothing to actually investigate the legitimacy of the claims. It is completely pointless and lacking any of the insight the aforementioned shows give.
On TV, the paranormal genre is saturated, with very few decent/seemingly legit shows out there and most of them are barely keeping afloat. Who was smoking the crack pipe when this got pitched? Whoever actually stumped up cash to make this show, needs a professional evaluation of their sanity. That being said, I don't know who's dumber, the people who created and funded this, or me for actually watching it! In a world where good shows are getting canceled or put on hiatus left right and center, for someone to put money into this is a crying shame. I guess I shouldn't have expected much, with this being directly tied to Ghost adventures but damn.....I'm truly astounded that this show ever made it to air.
Don't waste your time, unless you just want something to laugh at and complain about. It is easily the worst paranormal show on TV, ever! I only gave it one star because zero wasn't an option! Totally ridiculous, any further episodes would be best left on the cutting room floor!

I find it perplexing that anyone would watch a show with a name like "Paranormal Paparazzi" and expect anything other than lighthearted entertainment. I guess some folks just don't get that the show is not meant to be like all the other paranormal shows out there, it's simply meant to entertain, not prove or provide "evidence" of the paranormal. Come on folks! Lighten up and enjoy this wonderfully new way to experience the paranormal! This show is a PIONEER and should be hailed!!! It proves that the paranormal is so much a part of our media culture that it can now be presented in a fun, tongue-in-cheek, purely entertaining way! I LOVE IT!!! Thanks, Travel Channel!!
This show is mildly entertaining, for the most part. But..., every episode just seems..., pointless. They do all these reports on paranormal stories while providing no evidence in the positive or negative. It's pretty much just 3rd party stories. The first one, where they had..., Lizardman and the Teen Exorcism Squad. As far as the Lizardturd story, they just chose the most inbred, stupid hillbillies and presented their say so as proof of the stupid things existence. The exorcism squad was just a trio of idiotic preppies who were all happy go lucky stupid giving first hand accounts of actual exorcisms. And when the reporter himself gets excised, the show lost all credibility and entertainment value in my eyes. Overall, I can't recommend this show to any person that has a brain that works or the slightest glimmer of common sense. But..., a couple of the chick reporters are pretty damn hot. So..., as long as you don't expect anything to appear halfway realistic or credible and just like hot chicks, this show could be a worthwhile way to waste time that would be used for some other pointless activity.
I would love to see this show make a comeback, it had a great cast and with all the new evidence since it went off the air in 2012 it would be great to see their coverage!.

This show has the potential to be pretty good. I think the stories are a little short but that also keeps me interested. Never really seen a paranormal entertainment news show so this may be the first of it's kind.
Basically reporters go around the country picking up paranormal stories and interviewing people. Later they present their stories in the newsroom/office and the host along with the reporters give their take on it.
It's not an evidence driven show that will try to push you into believing in the paranormal. They more so just pick up a ton of bizarre stories, get eyewitness accounts, and allow viewers to make up their minds on what they think. I watch it with a few of my friends and it creates good conversation afterward.
I watch Ghost Adventures hosted by Zak Bagans. He also produced this show. It's a lot different than his own show and much faster. It's hard to say it's better because they are two different genres but so far it's different, refreshing, and pretty entertaining. Would love to see what stories they'd attract with a season 2 now that they're established.
