Hi y'all! I really enjoy you three on Sat. Mornings.
Reference to the Tasmanian Devil: They aren't that big, but they sound ferocious even at a wildlife park. Ranger warned us not to try to pet them as they do bite! Glad to hear they are finally trying to reproduce in the wild. (The Tasmanian Tiger went extinct in the last century, with the last one dying in captivity)...very sad!
Now, the dingoes are Wild Dogs....one should not approach them or try to pet them...they are large dogs...coyote size and will attack if cornered.
And yes, they are known for going after small pets & children left unattended in campsites in the bush.
The Meryl Streep movie is based on a true incident.the dingoes did take the baby ...big trial on the mom parent...took a few years but she was exonerated. The. Couple divorced a few years later. The mom was hated for years and she was a rather abrasive personality which didn't help her case. Look it up on Google! I can't remember their name but you will find it.
Great show today! I am a Navy veteran ( I was stationed in Australia 86-87), and my uncle 's name, Ralph Crume, is on one of the pillars of the Garden of the Missing at Punchbowl Natl. Cementery, HI. He was a pilot and his plane went down in action over the Marshall Islands in WW2.... Army Air Corp (predecessor of USAF).
Keep up the good work!

Whats the story with the circles and the dots? Been watching for a very long time and when the new format started it has these circles with dots in them, Just cant figure them out.
CBS Saturday Morning is a constant to our weekend. This is one show we always watch. Jeff Glor, Michelle Miller and Dana Jacobson have a great rapport and provide great reporting in a professional manner. The news packages are fresh and fun. The Dish always entertaining and educational. The music!!! The music in programming and during Saturday Sessions fantastic. Great Discoveries!! We love the special blend of established and emerging artists. Week after week the show never disappoints Great music, Great people on air and behind the scenes. Kudos to acknowledging the crew too! Keep killing it CBS Saturday Morning.
The anchors have great chemistry and professionalism. One reviewer complained about "Trump bashing" and "liberal bias." Another perspective: Trump is almost constantly saying things that are not true, blaming others, and creating unnecessary controversies. It is an important function of journalism to point these things out, and comedy is a very effective way to do this. Only partly tongue in cheek: facts have a "liberal bias."
I've been watching for years..I don't know who it is that picks the bands, the artist for this segment bit it's time to get someone new..is there a rule that all the bands must sound alike.? There's a sameness week after week. I saw a band do 3 songs each song sounded like the one before it. And alot of these singers are pitchy at best..I'm All for showcasing new bands but this indie folks feel every week gets montonus..if I made a cd of 1 song from each artist it has a sound of I've heard these songs before .the one before it by so and so sounds like this band with a different singer.theres more music out there than mumford & sons wannabees week after week. Cbs Saturdays rethink the music .
