Trivikram also joined other Telugu movie directors

I am totally disappointed after watching the movie, the movie is lacking everything in it except for the routine telugu hero extra ordinary powers... Only positive features in the film are Trivikram sir's dialogs which lasted only in the 1st half and of course the dance by allu arjun who brought new standards in the field of dancing for the industry... Apart from these 2 things everything else is awful.....robbery scene was childish spoiling the fame of dark night scene, Ileana role lasted for very short duration and has no much importance, finally entire police department relies on allu arjun for catching the villain and for other police jobs. Where is the trivikram sir who directed Nuvve nuvve,Athadu and Khaleja where he gave utmost importance to comedy, relations and characters along with their values rather than violence and action episodes...All telugu people miss that old trivikram sir and as of me i don't like this new style of trivikram sir where he also takes movies in which a hero will have extraordinary strengths and can kill any number of men who come in his way, the one who can run faster than Scorpios moving at top speeds which was shown in this film.

    Average but fun treat

Julayi is Trivikram's Magic all the way, he deserves 100% accolades for his story telling , dialogues and screenplay. The first half of the movie runs at a decent pace and entertains you thoroughly with Trivikram's punch dialogues in comedy. The second half has good comedy as well with action . The movie lacks the romantic scenes between the lead pair and definitely Illeana failed to give a glamorous performance. Though we will feel that there is lack of gripping scenes and most of the things happen very easily for the hero, one of the scene to mention which describes the whole AP State police is helping him without any proper reasoning or logic and you will feel disconnected from the movie a bit and is not convincing but given the entertainment quotient we can ignore them.

Julayi has all the elements to become a Super Hit or Even a Blockbuster if it was more gripping and had some emotions to it, Telugu Audience likes emotions and sentiments which were totally missing here . It would have been nice to see some gripping sequences but the Director main concentration was on Entertainment and he delivered it with fulfillment. Some of the scenes in the movie does not exhibit the necessary logic but things always happen in favor of the Hero.

The entertainment portion of the movie is on par with the blockbusters like Dhookudu and Gabbar Singh, and Julayi has all the ingredients of a successful movie. It has all the commercial elements of a successful movie and will definitely become one of the Best in Allu Arjuna nd Trivikram's career so far.

Go and watch and get load of entertainment

Julayi is basically a fun-feat to all the audience who expects most of satirical dialogues from the So called dialogues magician maestro Trivikram. The first half will just passes off with a blink of an eye. However, action scenes should have been much better. The sixth-sense of the protagonist is justified. The actual twist in the tale will be in the second half where Rao Ramesh joins in hand with Sonu Sood to robber the 1500 crores. Allu Arjun's power pack performance added the flovour of Trivikram's satirical dialogues. Songs picturisation is becoming better and better for TFI which gives toughest competition with BFI. Bramhanandam's shooting episode with Hemalatha (totally a misconception from Bhrahmi and hemalatha's point of views) is just hilarious. Illeana was just too skinny. However her acting skills are impressive as usual. Tanikella Bharani is excellent. M.S Narayana is good. Dharmavarapu is OK. Kota excelled as usually. Brahmaji justified his role. Last but not the least, a special appreciation to be given to Natakireeti Rajendraprasad who has excelled with his performance as timid Police Officer. Rao Ramesh is good. To conclude this, there is less chaos with more entertainment unlike the other films coming out from TFI now. The appropriate synonym of "Julayi" would be "Medhavi" as protagonist always foresees the next step of Antagonist. Trivikram has bagged a sure hit in his basket. The final verdict is "Just go and watch this movie with family to share the fun-feat entertainment to your family members as well"

Entertaining... if you like over the top movies

If you liked Aarya 2, then you should enjoy this movie well. I think Aarya 2 is Allu Arjun's best movie. Entertaining, fun and full of awesome, creative dance sequences. Julayi doesn't fare as well, but is similarly fun. The dance sequences are also well choreographed. But lest you get the wrong idea - This is a good masala movie. Judge it by conventional movie standards and look for logic or artistic merit, you're going to loathe it.

Allu plays Ravi, a loafer who shuns hard work and looks to make the quick, easy buck. He uses clever (though hilariously implausible) logical deductions to predict a bank heist and superhuman (hilariously insane) stunts to thwart the villain.

This makes the villain target him for revenge, which forces the local police to fake his death so that he's off radar. They also spirit him away to Hyderabad in some sort of a Witness Protection Program kind of deal. Here, he meets the heroine, Madhu, and of course, romance blossoms. The movie continues in the same insane vein till the end. It's utterly ridiculous, completely surreal, and at the same time, entertaining. If you like this type of over the top movies, this is a very good one. If you cringe at outrageous stunts and implausible story- lines, stay far faaar away.

    A pure trivikram movie..A descent entertainer !!!

I love idealogy behind the movie where director want to show that happiness lies being simple and expecting less ....The director portraited the message well by using both the protagonist

Ileana-- when she was ugly she was free and happy!! After makeover she faces lots of problems even comes close to death Allu arjun--His dream to become a millionaire in very short time...realize that life is not movie! expect less live simple!!

The movie starts with quote "Even if u want buy a lottery ticket 1Lakh you have to buy with your hard earn 1 rupee". It is thought provoking statement that Everything looks easy in this globalized this world but nothing comes easy !!"

The star cast in the film is almost same has as 2004 flick Athadu but still the director tried to keep the freshness in the film.

The technical aspects, songs, allu arjun acting main strong points...Sonu sood also performed very well. They were many characters in the movie which stay for very short time which was for two or three frames.

Negatives aspects--100% of the guess allu arjun makes in one go becomes true..which is not even close to realistic

--They was no conclusion to actress character

It worth watching for goofy dialogues and comedy scenes which were trademark for trivikram from years of his filmography !! Brahmandanam performance was good as usual!!
