Ever since aliens first popped up on “American Horror Story” in 2012’s “Asylum,” fans have been dying to learn more about the little grey men. The fourth and final “Death Valley” installment began in 1972, with Nixon’s presidency in shambles as the American people demanded an end to the Vietnam War. The president’s trusty advisor Valiant Thor reminded him that the war was merely a temporary distraction to keep the public from noticing how many Americans were being abducted.

Wednesday’s episode of American Horror Story: Double Feature was every mother’s worst nightmare, no matter what planet she’s from.

The penultimate hour of “Death Valley” welcomed Cody Fern as Valiant Thor, a handsome (and apparently robotic) liaison between the humans and aliens. His primary job, besides giving Mamie the mind-blowing sex that queen deserved, was overseeing what he called “the business at hand.” More specifically, he was there to process the harvesting of a new race, one that was “neither human nor us but able to survive on this earth.”

While the show is known for its troupe of actors and outlandish horror, the opening titles and theme music have become one of the most iconic elements of American Horror Story.

TV docudramas always walk a fine line between illumination and exploitation. But American Crime Story‘s first installment, The People v. O.J. Simpson, broke the mold by doing the impossible: It gave us a fresh perspective on a story we thought we already knew so well. It had depth, it had nuance, it made us rethink the legacies of infamous media pariahs… and I say all that to emphasize that Impeachment: American Crime Story does none of this.

Despite its lofty pedigree, Impeachment is a disaster: a schlocky, overheated melodrama that’s only a degree or two removed from a Saturday Night Live parody.

Spoiler Alert: Do not read if you have not yet watched “Cape Fear” and “Pale,” the two episodes that aired as the “American Horror Story: Double Feature” premiere on Aug. 25.

It has been nearly two years since the last season of “American Horror Story,” which took everyone on a journey through 1980s slasher movie tropes with “1984.” The new season is also starting with a film reference in “Double Feature,” but based on what the creators have said about the theme, it simply means there are two stories this season.

The first is subtitled “Red Tide” and it will encompass the first six episodes of the season; the second is “Death Valley” and it will be featured in the last four episodes. Presumably, because this is “AHS,” the two halves will be connected somehow — and they do share some cast members, including Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe, Angelica Ross and Leslie Grossman.

As the tenth season of the iconic franchise, all eyes are on the series to see if it can keep up the pace following the decent American Horror Story: 1984.

In a first for the franchise, Double Feature will be comprised of two stories.

American Horror Story fans can get a taste of the series’ upcoming tenth installment, Double Feature, with a three-part audio drama.

Just days before American Horror Story: Double Feature touches down for its premiere, FX launched a three-part audio series featuring original character Rose Flynn, who hosts a nightly radio program from the fictional Provincetown public station Kpcd 666.

Styled after late night radio shows, each three-to-eight installment of the audio series will feature clues, locations and a few surprises from the first part of Double Feature.

Set to debut Wednesday, August 25 at 10 p.m on FX, the latest installment is split into two parts, with the first six episodes set in the fictional Massachusetts seaside town. In part one, a struggling writer, his pregnant wife and their daughter move to an isolated beach town for the winter. Once they’re settled in, the town’s true residents begin to make themselves known.

“American Horror Story” fans who can’t wait till Wednesday to start unraveling the mysteries in Season 10, “Double Feature,” were given a special gift by FX on Monday: the first of three fictional radio broadcasts that will feature clues, locations, and a few surprises from the first part of the season, titled “Red Tide.”

Per FX, “Split into three chapters, the three-to-eight-minute pieces follow an original character, Rose Flynn, as she hosts a nightly radio program from the fictional Provincetown public station Kpcd 666.”

In an interview with Deadline as part of FX’s TCA virtual summer press tour, the network’s chairman John Landgraf confirmed how the season, which premieres August 25, will be split between the two features, with the first one spanning the first six episodes and the second the remaining four.

As usual, the episodes will air weekly on FX, and then will be available to stream the following day on Hulu. They've also gifted us with new posters and of course, the highly anticipated trailer.

FX on Tuesday released the full-length teaser for American Horror Story: Double Feature, the highly anticipated 10th installment of Ryan Murphy’s horror anthology franchise — and it’s quite literally out of this world.

FX has finally released the first teaser for “American Horror Story” Season 10, which is dubbed “Double Feature.” So the video, naturally, features double the terror: first sirens with shark-like teeth, then creepy aliens.

Actually, those could be mermaids. Or ocean zombies. Or water vampires. Honestly, it’s anyone’s guess at this point. But we’re pretty confident about the aliens part.

Seriously, Ryan Murphy, what is going on in your brain at this point? Never mind, we’re here for it and can’t wait till “AHS: Double Feature” premieres on Aug. 25 to find out just how twisted this is going to get.

On Tuesday, Murphy teased the upcoming installment of the FX horror franchise, sharing a poster for American Horror Story: Double Feature via Twitter.

American Horror Story: Double Feature will take on “two horrifying stories” – one by the sea and the other by the sand, Murphy previously revealed, and the poster teases exactly that. In the sea, a siren with full set of sharp teeth inhabits the water. However, the first half of the monster’s face is that of an alien, with bulging eyes reflecting the dry environment surrounding it.

FX also unveiled a teaser for the upcoming chapter. The two monsters go face to face, tooth to tooth in the brief snippet, which teases two parts – the first is Red Tide, and the second is titled Death Valley.

FX released a teaser for “American Horror Story: Double Feature,” premiering on Aug. 25 at 10 p.m.

The 10th installment of “American Horror Story,” which will be available the next day on FX on Hulu, will begin with “Part 1: Red Tide” and “Part 2: Death Valley.” In the teaser, worlds collide as aliens and sharp-toothed humanoids French kiss.

The series is created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, who executive produce alongside Alexis Martin Woodall, John J. Gray and Manny Coto.

It seems like every year there’s a reason to revisit Oscar Isaac and the work that he’s done so far. This year, he may actually get that elusive first Academy Award nomination if things break the right way, but regardless of that, he remains an incredibly exciting actor. Oscar wise (no pun intended), he seems likeliest to contend with George Clooney’s directorial outing Suburbicon, though he also will be seen in a few days in what previously was seen as an awards player in The Promise. Throw in Star Wars: The Last Jedi and he’s an in demand actor, to say the least. As such, another repeat tribute to the man is certainly in order. Isaac deserves it, that’s for sure.
