And to think, I missed mass for this, people have been shot for less.
It's good Sunday morning viewing; accessible and entertaining.
Basically, the show is a bit of silly fun, kid's TV for adults, made for lazy Sunday mornings. It's very popular for a reason; it's just relatable stuff.
There is a chemistry between the presenters. It has that, lads at play vibe, which always connects to the masses. There is no highbrow middle class pretence present; which so often comes with cookery shows. It's old fashioned working class entertainment with a contemporary twist.
If you don't like either or all of the following: white people, the working class, men, football, daft fun, food or popular culture, you may not like this show, because, it's made for the masses.

Good fun actually.
It's not really my sort of thing, but every now and then it does surprise you by having a guest who isn't the sort of person to pop up on this sort of thing, and gives genuine answers.
Fine enough viewing.

There's nothing quite as entertaining as these two on a Sunday morning. It's got the right balance of exciting food, and natural, sometimes welcoming silly comedy that sets the guests at ease. Keep it going folks, we need stuff this. 👍
Both are so detatched from real life, too many recipes and cut short interesting interviews far too much lose one chicken recipes and give guest more time.
