Madonna has finally announced plans to release her long-shelved Ray of Light remix album, Veronica Electronica, nearly 27 years after the companion LP was first sidelined.

Ahead of Veronica Electronica’s July 25 release, Madonna has previewed the rumored-but-unreleased album’s “Collaboration Remix Edit” of Ray of Light’s “Skin”:

Veronica Electronica features seven Ray of Light-era remixes from late Nineties powerhouse producers like Peter Rauhofer, William Orbit, Sasha, BT, and Victor Calderone, plus the original demo of “Gone, Gone, Gone,” an unreleased track co-produced by Rick Nowels from the Ray of Light sessions.

Tubi is now streaming Frozen, one of the 2010s' most underrated horror films. Disney Lorcana has unveiled a first look at a new Frozen-inspired gift box set, the new Fabled card set, as well as the accompanying accessories, and more. Disney Lorcana recently released theReign of Jafar set and the Archazia's Island set before that. With the Fabled collection coming this fall, it looks like fans of Frozen will be getting even more love after that.

At least some fans would’ve been surprised to see A Minecraft Movie reach a few million short of a billion-dollar box office. The film only has a 48% Rotten Tomatoes score, meaning that critics didn’t have many great things to say about it. However, there have been actual billion-dollar movies with awful Rt scores.

Movies might seem like magic, but Hollywood’s favorite actors, directors, producers, stunt performers, props masters, costumers, script coordinators, and cinematographers are still only human. Since before that child extra prematurely covered his ears for Eva Marie Saint shooting Cary Grant in Alfred Hitchcock’s “North by Northwest,” audiences have delighted in finding the little moments that make their favorite films imperfect.

Like freckles on a human face, mistakes can make movies infinitely more special to the audiences that love them. Consider the clumsy stormtrooper of “A New Hope,” whose hilariously audible collision with an Imperial spaceship doorframe turned the extra’s true identity into an ongoing mystery for the Star Wars ages. Or, for “The Lord of the Rings” fans among us, there’s the anachronistic automobile appearing in “Fellowship of the Ring” right alongside Sam and Frodo. As for the Wizarding World, how about that bike seat on Harry’s broomstick?...

Disney has a new stage show coming to Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort called “Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After.”

Now we have a look at the show thanks to The Concrete Wanderer on YouTube.

Villains are caught in mirrors around the stage, with some characters coming out in physical form to perform.

The video focuses on the Magic Mirror’s song, which is catchy, but reminds me of a song from the old Disney Channel holiday specials.

It’s about 15 minutes long.

Some are complaining about the show being screen-heavy, but it’s likely the best way for Disney to get something new out quickly while controlling the costs. Meanwhile, Universal is coming at them with much more advanced shows. But Disney had to do something quickly, and they did.

Disney executive shares a promising update on Lilo & Stitch's future following the 2025 live-action movie. The remake of Disney's 2002 animated movie of the same name stars Maia Kealoha as Lilo Pelekai. Coming to theaters on May 23, the movie sees the original director and writer, Chris Sanders, reprising his voice role as Stitch. Ahead of its release, the Lilo & Stitch movie has already gained positive first reviews.

In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Disney Entertainment co-chairman Alan Bergman offered a positive update on the movie's sequel potential. Disney is giving audiences a new Zootopia movie after nine years. However, there's not much for fans to discern in the first teaser trailer for Zootopia 2, which could easily qualify for the title of the weirdest teaser ever released by the House of Mouse.

Backed by techno beats, the Zootopia 2 teaser finds returning fan favorites Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde and newcomer Gary De’Snake being pursued by an assortment of mammal cops across the various ecosystems and biomes that make up Zootopia. The footage also features the first look at a mysterious cloaked antagonist, who is already being compared online to Death in Puss in Boots: The Last Wish. Over the years, Disney has brought to the screens tons of princesses, each with a new story, a new tagline, and a new personality. This long of flicks on Disney princesses, of course, includes Frozen as well, which didn’t take long to become a fan favorite because of just how grounded and relatable it all was with Elsa and Anna’s respective personalities.

However, as it seems, the movie might as well have never existed had Kristen Bell been cast in another one of my absolute favorite Disney princess movies that I wouldn’t trade the world for: The $591 million Tangled. If anything, many might claim the Mouse House made a mistake by not casting Bell. But even if so, then it might as well be deemed Disney’s best mistake.

Exclusive: The upcoming Off Broadway revival of Heathers The Musical has announced the casting of its title trio: McKenzie Kurtz (Broadway’s Frozen and The Heart of Rock and Roll) will play Heather Chandler; Olivia Hardy (Broadway’s Kimberly Akimbo) will play Heather Duke; and Elizabeth Teeter (Broadway’s Beetlejuice) will play Heather McNamara.

Kurtz, Hardy and Teeter join the previously announced Lorna Courtney (Broadway’s & Juliet), who will star as Veronica Sawyer, and Casey Likes (Broadway’s Back to the Future), who has been cast as J.D.

Additional casting will be announced next week.

The castings were announced by producers Bill Kenwright Ltd., Paul Taylor-Mills and Jerry Goehring.

Hollywood Thailand has inked a theatrical distribution deal with Commercial Films Siam for “Dream!,” an English-language musical that will hit cinemas across Thailand and the Southeast Asia region in December.

The production, directed by Paul Spurrier, marks the first Thai musical in over 50 years and is the first Thai film produced entirely in English. The project spent five years in development, six months in workshops and casting, and nine months filming across eight Thai provinces.

But with a bit of planning, it’s more accessible than ever to buy Broadway tickets to some of the most successful shows — like Hamilton, Wicked, and Chicago, to name a few.

In 1992, when Trey Parker and Matt Stone were in their early 20s and attending the University of Colorado at Boulder, they famously assembled a very crudely animated (and gleefully profane) Christmas special called "The Spirit of Christmas." Walt Disney Pictures released The Snow Queen in 2013. It was inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s 1844 fairy tale The Snow Queen. Breaking Bear has just been announced, and the animated show is set to feature a standout voice cast that includes Brendan Fraser and Sarah Michelle Gellar. Fraser will be best known to many for leading the cast of The Mummy (1999) and its two sequels, but he has also appeared in a host of other film projects, recently experiencing a major acting comeback with his Oscar-winning performance in The Whale (2022). Gellar, on the other hand, rose to fame around the same time with Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and recently appeared in Dexter: Original Sin.
