          A Delightful Performance-Driven Family Film

Rating: (3.5/5) If there's one thing that shines bright in Tomchi, it's the heartfelt and sincere performances by its ensemble cast - both young and seasoned. This family-friendly film from Star Buzz and Tulsi Production beautifully captures the joy, chaos, and innocence of childhood, brought alive by a group of six energetic kids and a lovable dog named Tomchi.

The children, though newcomers, deliver natural and convincing performances. Each of them brings a unique charm to the screen, portraying a spectrum of emotions with surprising maturity. From mischievous antics to emotional breakdowns, their bond with Tomchi feels real and moving - a rare achievement for child actors in ensemble roles.

Yashpal Sharma is a standout. He brings remarkable depth and relatability to his role, proving once again why he is one of the most dependable actors in the industry. His scenes, especially the emotional ones, carry weight and authenticity. Rati Agnihotri and Madhoo Shah lend warmth and grace to the film, offering layered portrayals of their characters.

Vrajesh Hirjee and Delnaaz Irani infuse comic timing with just the right amount of restraint, making their scenes thoroughly enjoyable without going overboard. Upasna Singh and Manoj Joshi stay true to their roles, adding balance to the film's rhythm. Even in brief appearances, Kurush Deboo**, Amita Nangia, and Mahesh Thakur make their mark with sincere screen presence.

Director Rajesh Gupta deserves credit for drawing such grounded performances from the entire cast, especially the children. The film may follow a familiar narrative arc, but the cast's emotional investment breathes new life into every scene.

The screenplay and technical elements remain modest, Tomchi triumphs because of its genuine acting and the emotional connection it builds with the audience.

Love for a Pet made them Good Kids

I have watched the film and it's really superb film based on 6 kids and their pet friend TOMCHI. Movie is full of emotions. The acting done by all co star is outstanding, specially cute little Sardar Ji and cute little mischievous boy who always Dail a wrong number and do prank on his society people. I would suggest everyone should go and watch the film as its story line is wonderful. In the movie there is a song based on Teachers Day which is really a melodious song with good lyrics for the Teachers. A big thank you to the director Mr. Rajesh Gupta Ji for delivering such a heart touching movie.

          A Must watch

Watched Tomchi Yesterday - What a Sweet Surprise!

I went to watch Tomchi yesterday with my family, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience. The kids were super cute and acted so naturally - their bond with the dog, Tomchi, was really touching. Some scenes made us laugh, and a few even brought tears to our eyes.

The direction was effective - nothing felt forced. The music was also really nice and fit the story beautifully. I especially liked the background score during emotional moments. The dialogues were heartfelt and relatable, and the story had a good message without being too preachy.

If you're looking for a clean, feel-good film to enjoy with your family or kids, Tomchi is definitely worth watching!

'TOMCHI' - A Warm Hug of a Film for Kids and Animal Lovers Alike

Tomchi, is a charming family entertainer that celebrates the innocence of childhood and the unconditional love between children and their furry friend. At the heart of the film is Tomchi, an adorable dog who enters the lives of six mischievous kids and turns their world upside down - in the best way possible!

The film's simple yet sweet storyline, penned by Prem K. Sharma and Rajesh Gupta, resonates with children and animal lovers alike. While the plot treads a familiar path, its emotional core - especially the kids' bond with Tomchi and their desperate search when he goes missing - is touching and heartfelt. It's a reminder of how pets are not just animals, but family.

The screenplay by Aashish Sinha, Ravindra Katyayan, and Rajesh Gupta may be predictable, but it is crafted with a child-friendly approach, making it perfect for younger audiences. The dialogues are simple and accessible, ideal for the film's target viewers.

The six young actors bring genuine energy to the screen, and their chemistry with Tomchi is endearing. Yashpal Sharma delivers a grounded and believable performance, while Madhoo Shah and Rati Agnihotri add a graceful presence. Vrajesh Hirjee and Delnaaz Irani bring moments of light-heartedness, making the film a wholesome watch.

Director Rajesh Gupta deserves credit for keeping the narrative clean, innocent, and centered around emotions rather than spectacle. The music by Anand Raaj Anand and Ritesh Bhoyar may not be chartbusters, but the lyrics are meaningful, especially for a young audience. The film also benefits from its family-friendly tone and positive messaging.

While Tomchi may not boast of grand visuals or high-octane drama, it excels in warmth, innocence, and emotional value - qualities often missing in today's cinema. It's a perfect weekend watch for families looking to spend quality time together.

On the whole Tomchi is a sweet, emotional ride for kids and pet lovers. It may not be a box-office giant, but it certainly wins hearts with its pure intentions and lovable storytelling.
