    Great show!

After watching the first few episodes, I am quite happy to say that I am loving it! The authenticity of the host and the different food, vendors, restaurants, etc. Gives the show an amazing feel and representation of Indian culture and cuisine! I would even argue that this is one of the best documentaries I have watched about food in general. The host's genuine passion for exploring Indian cuisine shines through in every episode, creating an immersive experience that goes beyond mere food tasting. Each vendor and restaurant featured adds a layer of authenticity, painting a vivid picture of the rich tapestry of Indian culture through its diverse culinary offerings. This documentary not only satisfies the palate but also educates viewers about the deep-rooted traditions and regional specialties that make Indian cuisine so captivating. It's more than just a food show; it's a heartfelt journey celebrating the flavors and stories that define a nation.

    Poor quality

I saw this was a food documentary style show and that too for India so I was looking forward to it. The first episode itself made me no longer want to watch. The host's delivery is poor, she is overly enthusiastic/exaggerated and even with verbal delivery repeats things a few times before saying a word (unsure if it's a medical condition and if so forgive me). Then, the EDITING IS HORRENDOUS. Before we even get to digest what we are hearing we are in a new location hearing something else. There's no such thing as a smooth transition and the content couldn't deeper but it's so surface level. There's so much potential if they get a different host, better editor, and more time telling the actual stories of the locations/history.

    Reminds me of Anthony Bourdain

Loved this absolutely fresh and new take on India, finally a show that represents modern day India. This show and the host reminded me of Anthony Bourdain documentaries and shows. The whole show was fun, energetic, non pretentious and informative. My favourite was the episode on love in India, finally a show which doesn't show the typical portrayal of arranged marriages in India.

The guests were great too, fresh, real and non bollywood. Can't wait to watch season 2 of this show. Also it was really well shot and felt very natural, all the food shots made me so hungry. A really unique take on food shows as it's not a cooking show. It's a lot more than that.

    A fresh take on India

Absolutely enjoyed watching this show! I am tired of seeing travel shows which highlight India in the same old way. This show represents Modern India and I am someone who is a part of this India and this show has captured it well! Kudos to the team for coming up with this! I hope there is another season of this. Another thing that I like about this show is how it blends culture and food together. Very cool concept! On top of that, the people they have featured on this show, they all come from new-age professions which highlights a different India. This show would be an eye-opener for Westerners!!
