The State Funeral of HM Queen Elizabeth II

Whether you are a Royalist or not I think it was very difficult to not pay some respect to Her Majesty The Queen by watching at least part of this coverage of her funeral.

Emotional, well planned and very fitting of the great lady herself, this was very much a 'where were you?' occasion that will live long in the memory, let alone the history books.

The BBC, as they have throughout the mourning process, covered this occasion with dignity and clarity, reminding us also of their importance in our lives.

Her legacy will not be forgotten, and with Charles a controversial figure, might be where some end their ties to the 'firm'.
