A film for the geek in all of us.

If you love TV series "Spaced" and film "Scott Pilgrim vs the World"- this short is a homage to the director Edgar Wright and his writing.

The style of this film is similar being fast paced, quirky and in the realm and mind of the gameworld.

The soundscape for the film is impressive using game themes and electronic sounds at appropriate moments, much more than you would expect from a student film.

The simple plot is set around a reclusive geek named Ryan who has no concept of the real world of socialising and having girlfriends and stays in his darkened cave of his room adorned with collectible memorabilia and game cartridges. One day, he decides to go to Comicon dressed as Anakin Skywalker to indulge in the gameworld with other likeminded people- blending the real with the fantasy game world. This is when he meets a bubbly girl named Teagan dressed as Queen Amidala...

All in all, a short and sweet film.
