Sexta-Feira 13 - A Vingança De Jason

What they deliver is a good installment, one of the best fan films outhere.

They were smart has they introduce Jason as a child and the town folks talking about him and his mother.

Then a few years later we see a couple back in camp blood, only to be slashed by Jason who is back from the grave.

As a fan film It does however achieve its primary goals well, it is scary and it is fun.

The soundtrack is good, the make up effects too.

We also get a final girl that is quite clever.

It's solid entertainment that you don't have to take seriously, despite the macabre subject matter.

It´s amazing fun at camp blood with Jason.

Jason is back better than ever, the story brings us back to basics and we see Jason without the mask, stalking the teenagers at camp blood.

The cast is alright but the thing that i liked most was Jason as a child getting out of the water, after he drowned or it seems to be.

Mrs Voorhees is also in his head along with her voice, telling him to kill Even without the friday themes, the soundtrack is pure evil and filled me with energy, to see what would happen next.

In this one he runs a lot chasing his victim.

And not the walking around and appearing in front of them and just killing them.

I will give the movie a solid 8 out of 10.

He is more smart here, he plays with them, and then kills them.

We see Jason come back after he drowned in Crystal Lake and then we get more teenagers for him to be mad at. Why you ask? Does it really matter? Let's say because they can live a life he never could and he hates them for it. That should be good enough. We also get a final girl that is quite clever.

Nor is it the best when it comes to dialogue. Much of it is very crude and cheesy.

Visually, on the other hand, it improves over some of the sequels.

And the hauntingly eerie music score, moves along very well throughout the movie, as Jason comes and kills them.

Never undertstood very well the bag on his head, but this movie has it, and it´s different.

Overall, pretty good prequel or sequel.

I like the burlap sack mask. It is creepy.

The tension scenes have a great impact causing a certain fear and anguish of what could happen. Basically everything here is much improved, including the story. The script is not even close to being good, but some ideas here are much better than others.

The soundtrack is sweet and a good improvement on the franchise.

The cast does a good job, of what they have here, still the characters make dumb choices, ignoring any warning of danger, and running away from any unpleasant situation.

We are mostly looking for the kills, and there are some that are effective, but they are scarce.

All in all 8.

The body count begins on this one, with a good pace.

We see the origin story again, in a more profund way, with lots of background about the town, his neighbours and mom.

The soundtrack is impressive for a short movie like this The pratical effects are well done.

This is a solid film in the franchise and would recommend horror fans to watch it.

The cast did an amazing job.

Once again, I love the aesthetic of the film, and think the campground setting is effective, putting the audience in there with Jason as we see with happens next, when he is face to face with the final girl.

I found her character to be more fleshed out, than others of the franchise.

For a short fan movie this one is a must have.
