Unlike high rated anime, this one doesnt need to be 100+ or 200+ eps, from the first ep it got me curious, the main character doesn't need to on the screen most of the time, great animation, nice voice acting, might have one of the unlikeable openings themes, but still the soundtracks are good, give it a chance you'll love it

thank you for reading this.
This series expertly blends action, comedy, and sarcasm, reminiscent of "Attack on Titan" yet with its unique charm. The animation is top-notch, immersing viewers in its world. The storyline grips you from the start, promising an enthralling journey ahead. Character development shows early potential, while the seamless transitions between intense battles and light-hearted moments highlight the show's storytelling prowess. Discovering a series that excels in so many aspects is a true delight! It's a must-watch for any anime enthusiast, offering an unforgettable experience that keeps viewers eagerly anticipating each new episode.
As a fan of the manga, when i heard the announcement about it's upcoming anime adaptation i was both excited but also nervous, as i knew the beautiful art from the manga would be very hard to animate well. However, from the first episode, the anime looks good, with great visuals and voice acting. I definetly would recommend this show to anyone who enjoys action anime or even kaiju stuff like Godzilla., but although it is amazing it is mostly very generic shonen but it does it well, and character development is not just focused on the main character like some other shows but broadens for many different characters which allows you to connect with them. I hope this anime continues to go well, with the manga still ongoing this could be a series that becomes massive for a while if it is adapted well. 9/10.
Kaiju No.8 has me hooked, from the animations, the character devolvement and the overall creativeness that is shown in this anime is amazing. Also the pace this show goes is perfect. The fillers aren't dragged out, and the fight scenes are the perfect length that leaves you wanting more.10/10 would recommend.

This anime man.... It's really about the mc, more than it is about Kailju. Mc is a well written, likable character and you can't help but get caught up in his ups and downs. You feel for when he experiences hopelessness and despair, but his hope and heart are just infectious as he does his best to live his dream of joining the defense force. When the kaijus are up and the chips are down, and Hibino gives it his all...all I can do is smi-cry. The comedy and timing are fantastic, as is the choreography of the score in the climactic scenes. Everything comes together and builds towards great feel-good moments as Hibino fights his hardest every step of the way to pursue and fulfill his dreams of glory within the defense force.
