    Horrible

First of all Jennie Garth is dreadful as a prosecuting attorney. Her tight dresses, overly made up for a blonde (is she really blonde or a dyed job?) A scene when she wakes up in bed in middle of the night and loaded with make up. Can you imagine what her pillow must look like in reality? Garth is not an actress of any depth and hard to believe she is any threat to the escaped rapist/killer. Colin Cunningham as the killer does much better. He's wonderful in this and needs a stronger actress opposite him. I give this a 1 for Cunningham.

The courtroom scene was out of reality also. With the exception of the defense attorney, it seemed phony and forced. I loved it when he took her down in the court. It was gratifying to this viewer to see her get her up pence.

    The perfect storm of awful

If Andy Warhol was still alive making intentionally awful movies he'd make this one. Script and executive production by Nancy Grace. Stars Ron Artest and Jenny Garth. Jenny plays a...hold on.....a dumb blonde ex DA who got a serial rapist murderer convicted of 7 or 8 murders and put on death row. But because someone littered once, a random judge grants him a new trial and releases him without bail. He tells his lawyer he's going to kill the DA and lawyer shrugs. So he goes on a psycho killing rampage. The ex DA is now a psychiatrist or something. Maybr she's a man hating 'host'on HLN like Nancy Grace. Not sure. Anyway blondy is blonde, the cops are dumb guidos and psycho killer guy is slightly more violent and crazy than Hannibal Lecter. Maybe Ron Artest will box him like he's in the NBA. By the end I'm sure blondy will defeat evil shr os woman hear her roar. It's not a movie it's a Lifetime Movie.

    Surprise Thriller...

Well Nancy Grace did a fairly keen job of writing this thriller, made for television, with Jeanne Garth in the lead. Nicely woven plot and a few surprises along the way. The killer was a most interesting character that had a taunting, cold and calculated manner which definitely lent fear to this movie in his own, violent, methodical way. I was surprised Jeanne Garth was as good as she was; she usually does touchy-feelin "hallmark" type stuff and this showed her deeper capability to be a believable character, lawyer or therapist as she was. The twist at the end was unexpected but welcomed adding more suspense for sure. Very good movie.

    Time I'll Never Get Back

Even worse than the movie is knowing I actually watched the whole thing. Now I'm kicking myself for having wasted so much time on this limp excuse for a movie.

    Garth is a powerhouse

Garth is a powerhouse! Stellar performance, really flexing her dramatic muscles here!

The writing lacked a certain something..but given what she had to work with, Garth's performance made the film worth watching...Good supporting cast...The character arc felt a bit disjointed...can we please get this girl some better pages!!!! I feel like this storyline has been done...pun intended...to death. Having said that...on the other hand...if done correctly and interestingly enough...you can pull something like this off for a win...for me it was Garth's abilities that saved the day...in the end. Jennie Shrugged!
