Best short in a long time

This is an outstanding effort by a fine cast and crew. For those who were privileged to see an early rough draft and then, of course, the final cut, it is amazing the techniques the creators bring to bear in taking it from raw footage to a smooth and professional final product. I laughed. I cried. I felt like a kid again. The one thing that might improve this piece is more on screen time for Dappet. Young Reeves has a range rarely seen in one so young and dominates the screen so that your eyes are drawn to him. The other actors are also talented and all in all in makes for a fine short film effort. I hope to see much more from this talented team.

Trivia
The movie was shot on two separate days. Complications on the first day of filming prevented the movie from being released as originally intended. The decision was made to reshoot parts of the video - the new footage begins when Kickin Max states that he is leaving his sleeves behind.
