Lady Parts is a phenomenal piece of both art and entertainment. The endearing characters and smart humor bring hope and levity. While the message, delivery, and storytelling express the weight of the main character's emotional and physical journey.

Gross tells a tale of pain and perseverance, of fighting for yourself and your joy, and letting your loved ones show up for you in vulnerability.

The way the parents love their daughter through service and patience, while keeping humor present, was heartwarming to watch and healing for some.

I went in not knowing much, and came out ready to tell the world and spread the word.

Eh, not for me', but you'll definitely be missing out. This film is filled with so much laughter and joy that the medical aspect - vaginal health care - really takes a backseat to the heartfelt, entertaining, family dynamics. Lady Parts is more about finding yourself, even if it means you must return to your childhood bedroom to locate what you lost. You'll adore Paige (Valentina Tammaro) and her parents, Linda (Amy Lyndon) and Steve (Peter Larney) as well as the men who support her on her journey to mental, emotional, and physical health. Some of the best scenes take place around the dinner table and in bathrooms. Lady Parts is not just about sex. It's not simply about malformed body parts. It's about recognizing that when a women internalizes mansplaining, it only makes that woman feel less able to be strong and powerful. And we are. We definitely are.

Not only does this story touch on the "taboo" topics of vuvlo-vaginal health care but it does it in a way that's not in your face. The story is actually about a family and a young woman's journey to gaining autonomy over her body and finding the confidence in herself. It masterfully balances humor and drama even within the same scenes. Even if you are not struggling with vulvodynia or Vaginismus of pelvic pain or any sort, there is still something in this story for everyone to relate to regardless of age or gender. The cast does a fabulous job and Valentina is a stand out star playing the role of Paige.
