The Hand that Came Out of the Toilet... Red Paper, Blue Paper

This episode was a step up from the last, but it's still far from the show at maximum potential. At the very least, the ghost the episode was centered around fit more nicely around the generally crude writing. We're just not yet at a point where the show has begun to tear into itself, causing the narrative to come across like a slightly crasser take on the original without really crystallizing into its own thing.

I swear this episode reminds me of "Mystery of the urinal deuce". After watching this episode, I just wanted to watch South Park. Crassest anime episode to date.

If there's something more crass than this I don't think I want to know. Then again I did see "Turd Burglars" from South Park. Reminds me of that episode too for some reason.
