"Do you believe that fear makes people selfish?"

I'm very suspicious when it comes to talking about Leandra Leal's work because I really admire this actress, besides being a cutie... Hypnotic and mysterious, we are impacted and curious about Lee Taylor's character, the highlight of the film, however the background stories also hold their relevance, the volunteer work at a MST camp, teenage pregnancy, the married and unfaithful doctor... "Being a woman or gay in Penedo, I don't know which is worse." "Do you believe that fear makes people selfish?" Sad.

Carmem is a young doctor who is managing to make all her dreams come true, but the emergence of a fatal disease could change the course of her life.
