Totally ok to watch when you have nothing else to watch or just have it on the background while you clean up your house but wow the episodes just keep getting worse and worse! Who idiot of a film director or writer thinks that it is based on true story? Yes, maybe it's true that people drink coffee or go to clubs. And what happens to these two others who have already given a rating to the series as soon as episode 1 came out? Monkeys. Feels like the only ones we're watching are two bipolar idiots who don't understand and the families are so full of drama, the father above reacts, the mother below reacts, I don't understand a damn thing, but as I said, those who like soap, go for it! Im dropping my rating down to 2 and good luck with the next episodes.
This series could be better. Ferit is bipolar. He wants everything and everybody wants to cover up all his inappropriate behavior. All his family members want to blame Seyran for his bad actions. His family did not educate him properly with the "honor and respect;" that his grandfather told about. They married him to Seyran and now, they pretend to Seyran to control him and make him behave appropriately. The Korhan for the public is an honorable family; however, inside the house the first person who is the most horrible is the grandfather. Poor Seyran doesn't deserve all the suffering she is experiencing. Ferit doesn't deserve her at all. Seyran is always with him and helps him through his bad situations. At the end, nobody apologizes to Seyran. I wish Seyran could strong/ accomplish all her goals and being successful women and have more fortune than the Korhan.
All the Korhan's family secrets ( the affair, Ifakat and the grandfather) should be revealed. Also, Abidin shouldn't let Ferit to treat him the way he does. Abidin is his brother when he covers up his bad behaviors. Ferit believes everything Pelin says without questioning. Seyran should not stay with him. All the suffering, Seyran has to experience. She should have divorced Ferit and take Efe's contact using her single last name, finish university. On the process, if Ferit shows her he really changes and appreciates her; then, she thinks to forgive him.
Kazim sold his daughters for money; however, when he has to defend them from the Korhan's accusations to Seyran.
Ferit is the one who looks for trouble; the Korean blame to Seyran and Abidin. Ferit behaves that way because his family wanted to cover up all his un responsable actions. That's why he is not responsible. Poor Seyran suffers from Ferit, grandfather' sins and aunt Hatice' sins. The grandfather, Ifaka, Zerrin, Pelin; they all set up traps and nobody talks about it when the victims Seyran and Ferit overcomes the situation. The bad people continue their lives like nothing happened. I don't understand how the writer connects each episode. I wish Seyran to be happy.

I just hope that this is not a real picture of a modern Turkish woman. Being Beaten forced cheated locked controlled, suppressed. To the guy who writes this scenario. Are you normal? What are you trying to do? To present violence as a normal, romantic thing? Go check yourself.
And who in their right mind lives with their in laws in the same house?
Seriously? What a joke.
The main characters. Also, a joke. The so-called golden boy? More like stupidity boy. No education no working skills, just yelling, and hiding behind his grandpa skirt. Fights, cheating, yelling. I mean, grow up. Sisters. Shows some self-respect. Stand up for yourself. If you are faisty, be faisty with everyone.
? Terrible. This show need to be stopped immediately.

I thought patience would be enough to keep me watching, but this is too much. It's very repititive, regressive & degrading for women. It can't be a love story. I would've kept watching if the aim was to show how Seyran escapes these houses of abuse when all is done & said, but no. But it's romance? He gaslights her, abuses her & what not, but she just stays silent, falls in love & forgives? She says she won't let him trample up on her, but it's already 39th episode. It's like she has to stay with him because the screenwriters say so?? It's too traumatic, even for someone used to true crime!!!!
Started good with the arranged marriage, kind of exciting, but after that it spiralled down to uninspiring episodes wuth nothing much of a story to follow but a series of anger, shouting, and scary elders with huge egos and narcissistic tendencies.
Male lead acts like a kid with his annoying attitude towards the female lead character with his cutesy facial and body expressions.
Everyone is petrified with the old man and usually occur during each meal congregation. The father of Seyran is also abusive and angry all the time the camera focused on him.
I know it is a romantic series but I don't see the romance angle with Ferit having another girlfriend on the side despite being married.
The story is kind of repetitive and monotonous.
