    Al Jarvis Show

Wish someone knew how to tell me how to find the show my Dad was on in 1955. The Al Jarvis Show he took 2nd place with his cousin Gina. The show was done in the Summer of 1955 dancing to a song rock around the clock. My Dads Birthday is next year as he will 80 years old and we are trying to put a major event together for that day so the entire family can see during the ceremony. My dad always makes mention of this time in his life as it was a very different time but seems he was very proud to have been on T. V and dancing at such a young age. So please get in contact with me as soon as possible.

Met Betty White...who was Al Jarvis's Secretary. She handed me a puppy on experimental T.V. Dr. Ross Dog Food sponsor.

My mother won tickets to the Al Jarvis Show. Two very bright light t.v. Cameras in small room. Warner Bros. Studio. 1950. My mother, brother, and myself were interviewed by Al Jarvis. We were picked up at the subway by a limousine and arrived at the studio and I saw Looney Tunes pictures of Porky Pig and Bugs Bunny with autographs by Mel Blanc. Inside the studio was a sandwich shop. When the interview was over my my, brother, and myself, with new puppy in hand also with Dr. Ross dog food that Betty White had given to me we're taken again by limousine to the subway station. I had to cover up the puppy on the subway going home.
