They Stole the look and crappy premises of LOST, Riverworld, Jericho, Falling Skies, The X-Files, The Walking Dead, Millennium, the Hooey mystic crap and frankly lousy actors from just about every other show on TV of the same type.

    Complete and udder rubbish!

One of the worst concepts in television. This program is an offense to all senses. Lord almighty please free us of this awful muck filed with know it all fake people that think they are better than the people they are trying to train to like and worship them. This show is disgusting. Look at yourselves! You should be ashamed. This is the degradation of television the ruination of our society. They have set about to debase their audiences, destroy narrative television and eventually the end of broadcast television. How do these people find work? Are there really people stupid enough to like this? I can't believe it. I have a higher faith in the brotherhood and sisterhood of man and woman kind. This evil shall be wiped off the face of the planet! So mote it be!

Curiously, the ability to rate this trash is not working but all in all it gets a 0.

The bad side of talk shows

When they announced the premiere of The Revolution and The Chew, they both sounded like they had potential. But after seeing both shows, I was reminded of the episode of Star Trek where the transporter split Captain Kirk into two different sides of his personality. The Chew was all of the fun parts of daytime talk shows: guest stars, cooking, games, food, entertaining, laughter, audience participation, etc. The Revolution, on the other hand, was every sad, pathetic, boring aspect of (newer) daytime talk: self-help, sad stories, "turning your life around," makeovers, and so on. It's not difficult to guess which one lasted, and which one was canceled within a year.

    • Trivia
Was created to be a replacement for the long running soap opera One Life to Live. This move ended up backfiring as The Revolution received very poor ratings and bad reviews from critics. The series was canceled and aired its finale episode on July 6th, 2012 and replaced by an afternoon addition of Good Morning America for the rest of the summer. The time slot was then taken over permanently by ABCs' only remaining soap opera General Hospital, which had several characters from One life to Live and its' former head writer Ron Carlivati join the show after One Lifes' cancellation.
