I Highly recommend this amazing Drama.
Don't mind bad reviews this show is totally worth the watch.
Depicts one of the saddest moment of life, but also address major and profound impact terminal illness have among relatives of those people and the long term effects of this traumatic event and its ending. Nonetheless, the show create an important healing journey, of such events on its characters which talks profoundly to viwers thanks to amazing performances, production and cinematography.
The subplot of the biological father is one of the turn off for me, because the content of the drama it's already heavy and too emotional and his monstrous behavior it's too much to bear. This is my reason for a 9/10 rate.
As someone with experience with terminal ill patients I think this heavy subject must be treated with care and attention because may be easily become something the viewers end up giving up watching before the closure because of the emotional impact in the memories of such traumas.

I was one of those hesitant viewers in the beginning thinking this is going to be a pretty sad storyline. I know I'll watch it eventually because of JCW. Needless to say but, he is a great actor. Good thing I did! Unique storyline, no fear in divulging on realistic and different sorts of trauma and pain, and great acting from the whole cast. I also love how they made the female lead character to be strong and witty. That natural and easy connection between JCW and SY is quite charming. Each episode gives you that character and storyline development that you look for and keeps you wanting to watch more. Congratulations to IYWUM team. Great work!
The roles of selfless warm hearted nurse and the Genie leader plus the transformed orphan with dark past makes the story great and meaningful. The leads and supporting casts are all great in their own roles.
But I wasn't satisfied with the limited scenes of the lead male and orphanage sister. Their relationship is a diversion of the hospital scenes which includes the unnecessary details of the patients' lives. Though their relationship became toxic, it seems it's more interesting if their past were shown a little more. I found CJW more charming playing tough yet supportive to her sister. The funny thing is they has been sleeping together but he never been attracted to her non biological pretty sister. I like their chemistry so there should have at least more development about them in the story.

This drama was like a warm hug from an old friend during a rainy day.
Everything about the drama feels very genuine. The plot is realistic, not rushed nor slow, and the dialogues are sincere. Every episode contains a heartwarming story and I found myself tearing up and crying long wet tears each time I watched an episode. It wasn't because the stories were sad, but because how heart touching they were.
The cast did a fantastic job by presenting us these lovable characters who each have layered personalities. Ji Changwook's acting is masterful yet again, and he brings out a great main character that you would always root for. His micro expressions throughout the drama had me hooked. I loved Soyoung's nurse as well. She was unproblematic, real, extremely kind, and badass as well!
Everyone else did a remarkable job in every aspect. I never felt time passing when I watched an episode.
A must see! Definitely recommended.

This is a unique and heart-warming story! It deals with the ultimate truth of life. I don't know why it doesn't get the proper viewership but to me it is a gem. People want to stay in illusion it seems. The content is so different than other cheesy dramas. The story is unfolding so nicely.. I am proud of you JCW for choosing this role. The role you are playing is very much like yourself... An angel-like character. Always always love you genuinely. I hope people value this drama! But in India, it is so tough to watch this drama! I would request to give us a proper channel to watch all JCW dramas.
