Home Sweet Rome

Would possibly give it a try, but the constant commercials are destroying my intention. It's on Prime every 4-5 minutes. The storyline is ridiculous. Dad and daughter go to Rome. HE married a Rock Star? Daughter is taking over ROMA with HER MUSIC. Look and style is a take off of Miley Cyrus and her pigeon toed stance. Hair in top knots. I am just frustrated at the CONSTANT interruptions of this shows commercials. Try to watch ANYTHING and Home Sweet Rome shows up. Sometimes back to back advertising. Come on Prime. Give it a rest. Overkill is putting it mildly. I have to mute every time it shows up. Viva Roma is actually making me run for the woods. Plus I have NEVER heard of these cast members. Being a Baby Boomer you grow up on regular shows and get to know lead actors. Or character actors by name and/ or face. Now you don't know anyone.

I was shockingly surprised at the heart of this show. It clearly depicts teen angst in a extremely overwhelming situation. However, it's refreshing because the parents are present and instrumental to the storyline. As with family shows of the past, adults were rarely seen and had no real input into their kids' lives. THIS show highlights that parents aren't perfect but also shows the positives and negatives of having step parents. It gives honest depictions of teens having both positive and negative experiences that still help to shape them. BRAVO MAX!!! We need MORE shows like this on television!

Worst show ever. I am on prime watching another show and I keep seeing the commercial for this show. I saw it it more then 10 times from the looks of it it's a terrible cash grab the story is very cringe. I am very annoyed sad and hurt of this show it just plain sucks. The creators of the show are clearly desperate to broadcast the commercial to prime I guarantee the show will flop and loose money, but just if the creators see this your show sucks and you need to stop broadcasting it on prime. The show is bland dumb and super uninteresting I suggest making a new script or making new screen play.

If the ad showed once in a while, fine, but during a 30 minute show with 3-4 ad breaks, this is THE ONLY AD. I'm so sick of hearing it every 7 min or less. I can't even imagine watching it.

As as I type this, here it is again. "A few months ago I was an ordinary kid. Then I moved to Rome! That's where dad met Francesca. Did I mention Francesca is a pop star?! Maybe I'll be a pop star some day too! For now I'm just going to make the best of it! Viva Roma!!"

I will now never be able to visit Rome because this ad is burned into my brain forever. Which is a shame, because Rome is, I'm sure, a beautiful city with rich history, landscapes, architecture, food...

I've never seen a show get so heavily advertised in my life. It's obvious this is a payola scam, to live rent free in people's head. I didn't watch it but what's to know? It's a forgettable pre teen fluff that is most likely a cross between iCarly and pick any Mary Kate and Ashley film ( but at least they were the OG's) Mark my words, in 10 years they ( media, powers that be, who cares) are going to claim this show never existed and just claim it's a Mendela effect.

At the very least, there IS a mute button on the remote. It's gonna be worn out, poor guy, when this show finally gets memory holed.
