One of Adult Cinema's all-time greats, director Ron Sullivan/Henri Pachard's final feature was this forgotten Hustler release in the label's jail-bait "Barely Legal" series. His commitment to storytelling results in a feature rather than the expected wall-to-wall sex filler.
Lead troublemaker is cutie Sara Faye, who's on the phone arranging sex for all her girlfriends. Given the genre (underage-looking girls having sex) not much happens, but each player is given a named character to play and the scenes hold together credibly. Seth Dickens gets special billing for two sex scenes, while Herschel Savage, often acting for Pachard decades earlier, is well-cast as the dad of one of the girls (Kayden Faye) who gets to hump little Sara. Savage in his bathrobe seduced by Sara seems to be auditioning for a biopic as Harvey Weinstein.
These porn videos centering on new & young femme talent hold interest years later in a "Her Early Years" aspect. Of the five girls on view here, only one emerged as a porn star, Lexi Belle, fashioning an ongoing decade-plus career numbering many hundreds of credits. But she makes little to no impression here, perhaps the least developed character of all.
