Cops! Who Needs Them?

A young dope parks his car near the movie theater, and shoots some insults the way of a couple of cops. Since they're working, they hassle him back a little, then let him go. Then he discovers his car has been stolen. Guess which two cops he deals with?

This is a small exercise in lowering expectation. Considering how fast your car be stolen, moved to a chop shop, and cut up into parts, there's not much they can do if you take your time reaching out to them, and little more if you don't. On the other hand, I enjoy the fact that the cops are grouchy at the way the kid behaves around them. It makes them more human.
