I didn't know what to expect with this, but it's a brief, yet gripping, short story related to problems with a time travel experiment. Acting, pacing, and general production is on point, and would make for a good feature film where the concept could be explored more. It would be neat to see the background, let the tension rise more and more, and the denouement needs more resolution, but for the time and resources they likely had for this film, it's worth the brief watch. Simone Swan's heartbreak scene is really superbly done, handled with intensity and her facial control made me really feel it. Well done.

Result - a profound poetic short film, exploring the survive theme in fair, gentle terms. Proposing a delicate love story and a portrait of fair sacrifice.
