Worthwhile! This story turns a footnote of history into a vivid & illuminating true tale

Modest production makes the most of its material with dramatization and almost folktale style of narration A nice story that fans of "All Creatures Great & Small" might enjoy. The close-up focus on specific characters against the backdrop of larger, even epic events is a tried-and-true formula. Soft focus and period dress are not new looks, but there is an immediacy and charm to certain dramatized moments here. A warm-hearted narration helps transport our heroes from the American West to the UK where they will find success- in both their mission and perhaps, in Love? A nice relaxing watch! Enjoyable!
