The budget was a ham sandwich

The most impressive thing about his "Movie" is the hairspray budget!

Seriously... I've seen station identification clips with better production values!

Thing is ... I was in bars during this era of big hair music... its bang on... especially the gratuitous posing by big hair dudes!!!

      Ive met these peoples lol

The North American society for bad hair choices deems this movie "a much loved classic"

      Anyways you get my point.

Its worth the watch if only so you can say you survived the ordeal.

By no means a well made or good movie, but, it's a nice guilty pleasure.

So this is bad! But, I've definitely seen worse. It's pretty much a glamour project for the young David DeFalco going by the alias Bobby Young. Most of you might remember DeFalco as the guy who 15 years later would cause some controversy with famed movie critic Robert Ebert over his 2005 horror film Chaos. DeFalco's ego is in full swing here, and the cheesy 80s hard rock displayed threw out the movie definitely put a smile on my face. Other then a quick chainsaw death, there's really not much on the side of a massacre, and they botch a perfect attempt at a watermelon effect with a sledgehammer to the head death scene. Overall, no one on planet earth is going to leave this movie liking it, but, I wonder sometimes if I am because I do!

      • Trivia
"The Dungeon" night club scenes were shot in "The Living Room" nightclub at the "Big Bubble" location at 273 Promenade Street in Providence, RI. Also a few scenes shot in a parking lot are also at this location from a different angle. This location was torn down in the early 1990s, when the current owners were made aware this film had been shot there.
