Great premise and execution with one exception

I was at a local film festival for work when I first came across "Dog-Eared." I really loved the premise of this short and hence I was really excited to screen it. Josh Tate is a very talented director and will go a long way in this business. He has very little left to polish his craft. The actors who played John and Fred are a credit to casting. Having said that, this project deserves no less than an 8 out of 10, I loved everything about this project with one exception. The actress who played Maggie was so very irritating that she kept taking me out of the story. If you can stomach that, I highly suggest a view, if nothing less than see the work of a very talented up-and-coming director.
