All jokes aside I DO really like this show for being different than the typical op MC, harem block head, a straight up H-anime that should be on other sites. It brings in this nice relaxing vibe that just wants to flow with each episode as your apart of the farm. Although my tastes are different I would of LOVED to see a more detailed view in romance between some of the characters and I believe this style of anime could of DEFINITELY supported it in their struggles, past, current and daily lives, but none the less this anime accomplished what it was supposed to do!
By being a warming slice of life anime for a family to just sit back and enjoy without fear of sudden (when your parents walk in) scenes.

Excitement, action, conflict, this show has none of it. This is such a nice change of pace a la stardew valley. Clearly my tastes have changed over the years as I am usually enthralled by fast paced shows but this is one that I absolutely loved. A simple MC, a simpler plot, and a whole lotta fun. This show is a testament to how there doesn't need to be some crazy arching story to make things work. Slick animation, likable characters and an interesting world that I wish I could be a part of. What more could you want from an anime? A pleasant and warm experience from beginning to end, can't wait for season 2!
What an absolute gem of a show. It's an incredibly relaxing and heartwarming experience that made me feel like I was right there on the farm alongside the characters. The animation is breathtaking and captures the serene beauty of the countryside perfectly. The characters are well-developed and relatable, and I found myself fully invested in their stories. The pacing is perfect, allowing the viewer to fully immerse themselves in the peaceful atmosphere of the farm. I found myself feeling calm and content every time I watched an episode. It's a must-watch for anyone looking for a heartwarming and relaxing anime experience. Everything about this show is amazing it absolutely needs a season 2 asap.
It's an enjoyable anime about a guy's reincarnation in the middle of a dangerous forest. But it's okay because he is overpowered. And the funny thing is that he has no idea that he is overpowered or that the forest is full of deadly animals. He is chilling, farming, and expanding his farm to a bigger area.
Before watching this, I didn't think I would like a farming anime. But after watching the first episode or two. I was hooked, and I waited every week for a new episode. And I loved every single one.
Who knows, maybe reincarnating in another world as an OP farmer is fun.
P. S.: It looks like a harem anime, but it is not. Well, not much. He is a good guy.

Easy. Eeeeesy. E-Z. Farming has never been easy, but in FLIAW, we'll pretend it is for a spell.
Machio Hiraku is offered a chance at a second life because, in the first go-round, he suffered betrayal, a grave illness, and death before 40. That was all a mistake, apparently. Whoops. "What life do you choose?" In the way of reparations, the deity who screwed up Hiraku's previous life is giving him a choice for this go-round. Hiraku's response is immediate and enthusiastic. "FARMING!" That was unexpected.
An avid reader, he became interested in farming from his hospital bed. Okay: POOF! He's dropped into a forest. The soil is rich and loamy. With the help of his new "Almighty Tool" he starts clearing the brush in no time.
In ep1 he figures out how to use his amazing AT (Almighty Tool) along with his intellect to clear the land and get settled. Things are quick and easy. He even picks up some doggie pets. He has rabbit for dinner, as wild rabbits jump at him and he takes them down easily. As he tills his fields, he's thinking about what crops to plant and in the morning those crops are already sprouting! EASY! Realizing /anything/ he imagines will /grow/ motivates him to till more. "Bob's-your-uncle" is Brit slang playing on the concept of nepotism. If you have connections, getting a job is EASY. Same with farming, apparently, because that AT Hiraku was given is even better than a well-connected uncle. It makes everything EASY! Now, he'll diversify. 🥕🌽🌶🥒🍎🍎🍎
As the days grow colder, he has no warm clothes. Don't ya know there are giant spiders who can spin textiles in a flash? They look like seat cushions. They also make it look EASY. They're friendly, too. Now he has curtains, blankets, a jacket and a new handkerchief - gorgeously embroidered. The moment he starts to feel lonely, a lost girl stumbles onto the farm. Ru Rurushi and Hiraku set up house in no time. She may be a vampire, but she's a friendly one, and she's super hot. Ria and Tia follow quickly behind, and though all the women in FLIAW just luv Hiraku, he remains faithful to Ru. Apparently, in the novel, he ends up with 7 wives and, given his tip-top, newly blessed body, he wears them out, but the anime is tame.
FLIAW is a 2023 release that is rated 7.57 on MAL. It is 1 season consisting of 12 23-minute English dubbed episodes with CC available. It's adapted from the Light Novel by Naitou, Kinosuke. While the dubbing is top tier, we get no interpretation of any written communications. They should just have a voice actor read them. Art in anime often reflects the script perfectly. Here the art is simple and straightforward, just like the script. People have round lines and are as much fantasy as reality. Backgrounds are minimized and stylized realism.
The show is a microcosm of the birth of civilization - without much interference from evil people, at least until the latter episodes. What would it be like if we all kept to ourselves, worked hard, respected and looked out for others, and innovated? Things are beautiful for Hiraku, but will it last? Keeping a budding, rapidly growing civilization together ain't easy!
Eventually, Hiraku's success attracts attention. This world has dragons, fairies and all kinds of peoples and creatures. This world, actually, is full of terrors. The rabbits, the doggies, and the spiders, are three of the scariest beings, but they love Hiraku. Everyone loves Hiraku... everyone except politician-types.
Hiraku's place becomes a thriving settlement (named Taiju Village) as he takes in all refugees and stragglers. Everyone has work to do, then town is producing goods and crops at a prodigious rate, and it doesn't take long for trade with other towns to begin. Hiraku is invariably seen as a threat to those in power. Powerful people don't like challenges. They don't acknowledge equals. They don't keep to themselves as they fear that Hiraku will not keep to himself. Thus it begins: Invasion & War. There's an exciting battle in the closing episodes. The aggressors have no idea whom they picked a fight with. Taking down Taiju Village won't be EASY!

Age 10-12+ Ample cleavage in the first minute. Pregnancy. Vampires and Dragons and other potentially scary things that aren't very scary in the show. The benefit for kids is that this is a tutorial on human existence. Rated TV-PG-13: Parents Cautioned
Re-📺? I can see myself putting it on for guests who are kids and watching with them.

Novice Alchemist-6.7 is a similar Primer about starting a business. I also think it's a worthy thing for a kid to watch.
Not for kids are Food Wars 8.2, and Parasyte the Maxim 8.9, which find our protags in new environments/situations where they have the ability to excel.
