They just kept doing dumb shiat and asking stupid questions. This is the perfect movie if you like cursing at the TV. Not one of these people are likeable so you really can't root for any of them except maybe the leader military guy. You can make a good movie on a low budget, but it has to have people that act like a normal person would.
This is not a masterpiece, but definately above the meridian. I was indeed positively surprised.
The script and directing work. For once, the heroes are no rambo's (i am so sick of heroes who can always perform and constantly rise to the challenge) - characters are rather realistic. Apathy, uncertainty and frustration are well depicted. Too many times they forget these.
Rather realistic action, good pacing, solid editing. Characters realistic, and the acting perfomances are ok. Acting perfomances are ok.
The movie promises little, but delivers all. Worth the watch, if u are a friend of zombie fiction.

Although this film didn't have a big budget like other zombie films, it really held its own. I was expecting it to be terrible acting but the acting wasn't that bad either. I think this film is fairly realistic when it comes to the mistakes and choices they made which was nice.
This is a nice little, low budget, zombie film, that's been shot in the UK.
For a low budget, the production values aren't too bad. The effects for the zombies, etc., look okay, as do the props and uniforms.
The only things which do let it down, are the acting from some of the characters (who can be a bit wooden), and the script in places.
Because of that, I'll need to give this 6/10.
Hopefully the writers Andrew Gilbert, and Julian Hundy, will improve as they go along.
Honestly I feel a bit bad leaving a one-star review because this is somebody's creative work of art and I don't want to demean it but at the same time this movie was flat out terrible. I'll note that I'm American here so maybe this is just an issue for me but almost all of the time I can't even understand what the actors are saying due to SUPER thick accents, a lack of subtitles, and poor sound mixing as well as the lack of annunciation from the cast. I suppose the movie could boast some production value in the fact that they had plenty of extras to portray zombie hoards which is no small task for an indie film but the production value is squandered in a dull story and characters with no personalities. The camera work here is shotty and obviously filmed on camcorders from Best Buy without any thought given into the lighting or the camera angles. It looks like somebody just picked up a camera and began shooting whatever was in front of them and zooming in and out without any real purpose or Direction. I think that perhaps there was something they could have done here to make an okay movie but due to a lack of planning or something or Rush production Maybe it ended up just being a waste of 2 hours.
