Another Brainless Reality Show. CBS and NBC are talking about making Primetime two hours not three because of low viewership. Shows like this, are one of the reasons. Game shows, reality, and low budget series are the reasons. Series directors produce soap opera level stories without technical consultants telling them that their ideas aren't plausible or are unreal for the time periods or specifications of props used is just insulting. The writers' think they can get away with IT attitude is insulting. Nobody is that stupid The networks cand fold up.
And the advertising, over and over every fifteen minutes the same Medicare ad, the same medical product ad, what happened to all the different advertisers? Where did they all go?. Do any of the network decision makers watch these offerings? I!d say not one had watched television in a very long time.

Love the hosts Rebecca and Jerry and the locations are gorgeous. It's really fun. The drama is minimal, which is a nice change from shows like Bachelor in Paradise where people are always having breakdowns because there is so much pressure. The focus here is on getting to know new singles both on the ship and when exploring beautiful locations including Santorini, Istanbul and Rome. The activities are casual and fun, such as a treasure hunt in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar and shopping in Athens. I feel like I am on vacation just watching it. Not sure anyone will find true love though since the people change so frequently. The show isn't perfect but it deserves a second season.
Emily and Mike one of the last couples to meet wins over Jordan and Kendra and Daniel and Shae. Emily was with another guy all the way up into the last 2 episodes. She is a horrible person and Mike was so phony. She dumped her guy for Mike the fake. Why bother to have challenges if it's going to come down to answering questions and who is the favorite. The end didn't match the concept of the show. If it was going to come down to a Q&A then allow the couples to spend more time talking instead of physical challenges. The writers and creators of the show missed the whole concept of the Love Boat. Terrible ending to a show it seemed as if it were fixed. Not going to bother looking at it on Paramount just not worth it.
I love this show. I look forward to it every week. And I rarely ever watch Any Reality Shows. I love Rebecca Romaijn and Jerry O'Connell as the hosts. I love the Cast, which some you root for and some you cheer when they're "shoved off". There is a lot of activities, interaction, absolutely beautiful locations. A lot of sincerely hopeful Romantic Cast members. I hope CBS gets it together and brings the show back for another season in another time slot. Also, the show got Much Better the week it was taken off of CBS and put on Paramount+. CBS was Way too impatient with this brand new show. I love the Coupling of Kendra and Jordan. Such an adorable couple. And I also really like Daniel and Shea. I feel bad for Marty believing in Emily, but she is Very Cold, and showed her Selfish, Cold and Closed off True Self to Marty this week. I don't watch Bachelor, except maybe a few seasons, but if CBS execs are paying ANY ATTENTION to this Diamond in the Rough Show and Cast, they will Snatch Up Marty for their next Seasons Bachelor. He deserves a Happy Ending.
I don't even know what to say about this mess of a show. Why does network TV continue to process these idiotic unscripted shows? That is why people leave for cable . And why would anyone watch a show with untalented Rebecca Romane and the creepy, slimy Jerry O'Connell. The guy really has strange vibes . I recently heard that the ratings are so poor that the show is being cancelled and moving to Paramount, the home of all the losing shows. I really think reality shows have had their day. I just hope Big Brother, the Bachelor, survivor and the rest of these shows will soon be cancelled. But Love Boat was truly the bottom feeder of reality shows.
