It goes unstated but Rory was thinking about the idea of a threesome with two Amys when there's one from the future briefly there.

Goofs
When the Doctor begins to tell Amy and Rory to enter the Police Box, Amy is holding her hand to her chin. The scene cuts to a wide shot in the middle of the Doctor's line, and Amy's hand is suddenly at her side.
