    Editing style

It gets so tiring when this show can't stay with a scene more than one or possibly two seconds if you're really lucky. It's dizzying how often things change! Why this style of shooting? The subject matter is very interesting, but I found it almost annoying that the scenes changed every second. Is this the future for shows like this? I find that a good 5 seconds of continuity will not cause you to lose me as a viewer. It's nice to see the person talking for the whole sentence before you cut away to the next scene. There's nothing wrong with showing different angles of the same shot, I'm just wondering what school of thought proposes this 1 second scene length as an optimal scene length for viewers ? I saw this show on the cooking channel.

I am looking for it for long time now.

The show is absolutely great it reminds me of the best hotels by Hugh grant. Anyone can get into it right away and fall in love with it. I remember I used to watch this show with my brother and we would constantly just watch on the screen and give me such immense pleasure. so sad that I cannot watch it anymore as I cannot find it anywhere on YouTube.
