Carmen G

This is a very good little independent film. The story blew me away, all the way until the end. I wish more big studio films had the sensitivity and story telling ideas this film had. This film reminded me of "Maria Full of grace" an immigrant story set in Jackson heights. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find a film about Colombian immigrants in the U.S that had nothing to do with drug trafficking. The acting was very natural and sincere the lead actress Pierangeli did a wonderful job driving this story. Surrounded by a great supporting cast and most noted a very strong performance from Maria Cecilia Sanchez as (Charon). I would definitely recommend this film. If you are in the mood for a good story with some nice twists all the way until the end, go see this film.

Carmen G is a very good movie. This movie has drama, fiction and a great social message, (Breast Cancer, Immigration). I think that is a very good movie. I think a is reality, with a bit of fiction. It has a excellent cast and very talented protagonist, made ​​me laugh and cry several times. I see his transformation gradually. The movie has very good shots of New York and photography. It has a very clear message, about immigration and the difficulties that illegal immigrants suffer. I believe that is an eye opener for many who do not know the suffering of illegals immigrants in U.S.A.

I recommend it to everyone.

" Carmen G" I do believe that many people has a history like that. Means something that is carried out all the life and it makes a crazy fact. The creativity of the screenplay and the effects added for that interesting cast around the protagonist, with people from several countries from different countries and cultures, makes a multi cultural encounter around the creativity. The sound and the music is appropriate and also shows a multicultural performance making it very rich. The Color and the photography in the movie looks nice.

I went to a theater looking for entertaining and I found "Carmen G" a little sad but all the time under the drama, with reflections around social behavior which made it interesting, so I do recommend you to fallow where is going to be next "Carmen G" in theaters, this time was in Los Angeles at Norwalk where I enjoy this one.

As producer of the movie "Carmen G", creator of the story and lead actress, I think that "Carmen G" is the kind of work, that all actress will love to interpret. "Carmen G" is a humble women, full love, naive and much more. As a producer, I thank all sponsors and people who believed in this project. Every time I sit in a theater to see "Carmen G", I feel very proud. In Los Angeles was a complete success and as well as in New York, Boston, Chicago. I want to thank The Indie Fest California for the award for best leading actress 2012. I directed the third cut of the story. I thank all the actors and families involve in " Carmen G", right know, I'm working in my second film as a producer and I wish that "Salome" will capture your attention too.
