Deborah Richard's second feature film is a crowd-pleaser that introduces us to a world most of us know little about-or vaguely associate with that "Tom Cruise movie from the '80s." If you're not familiar, don't worry-Richard's got you covered! One of the most impressive aspects of this documentary is how seamlessly she weaves together all the elements of this niche world, immersing the viewer in the art of Flair Bartending without ever relying on a narrator. From the opening moments, you're drawn in by dazzling graphics and stunning shots of the featured bartenders executing jaw-dropping feats that mesmerize and astonish. While it's mind-blowing to see these artists tossing GLASS BOTTLES into the air with reckless abandon, Richard manages to dive deeper, peeling back the layers to deliver poignant character studies of each competitor. What emerges is a raw, multi-faceted exploration of the industry itself. This film is not only wildly entertaining and incredibly informative, but also unexpectedly moving. Like a well-crafted cocktail, it's a palate-pleaser you'll definitely want to order again.

Hats off to the cast and crew for making this Deb Richards film come alive. I had the honor of attending the Las Vegas Premier and it did not disappoint! The support of the Flair Bartending Association and Patron tequila, along with industry leaders and we'll know film makers made the red carpet light up!
This documentary film truly captures the history of flair bartending, covering the roots of Flair in Orlando back in the 80's and the massive movement and explosive growth in Las Vegas (remember VooDoo Lounge @ The Rio 😎).
In addition to heartfelt interviews with "Flair Founders" and their struggles to get recognized (with a wonderful emphasis on female flair bartenders). It closed out with the modern day industry evolution of flair bartending to craft cocktail competitions around the globe. The historical content was amazing. Not only did this film want you to pour your own cocktaila 🍸 🍹, but go out and find those establishments who have these masters of Flair spinning up cocktails around Las Vegas and beyond.
This is a MUST WATCH!
Rent it! But it! Drink it all in...

The movie was very interesting as it showed all the history of flair bartending. I'm am bartender myself, but never knew all the history and it was really fascinating to hear how popular it was in Las Vegas couple of decades ago and how may people it was able to attract! Christian and Rodrigo are legends, 19 and 17 world titles! Nobody even got close to these legendary brothers!
I really liked the storyline of the movie, that takes you on a preparation journey of newly rising flair bartending start from their start to the competition. It really requires enormous effort and training to be the best of the best!

This film is a tremendous feat of passion and community. A week ago, I couldn't tell you about the FBA, Quest, and Flairco. Now, I'm already telling friends and family.
I appreciate all the storytelling elements that make this film unique. You learn the pain and joy many bartenders face. You learn all the ways you can practice with bottles and experiment with mixology.
All the interviewees have a true respect for their craft. It's exciting to see how flair will grow for more people around the world.
1905 Films always knows how to create memorable scenes that are just top-tier. The research and knowledge of this team is surreal. Brava!

Very intresting flair history, great conection between the past and today's world of flair! Super cool the part about the movie Cocktail with Tom Cruise!
Never could have imagined, that there would be lines of people waiting to see the competition!!! Insane! This industry deserves a come back to the big stage! There are so many talanded bartenders who could combine their knowlede of mixology with much more entertaining part of flair (probably should add that also more demanding and chalenging part)!
Last but not least - women! Don't be afraid of this world! It's super fun and welcoming!
Every industry should have one just like this!
