I give it 9 stars for content and the message conveyed

I don't want to give anything away, so this review is vague. Although the writer, Austin Vickers did not have the Hollywood megabucks to back his film, he pulled it off quite nicely! I'll admit, I went in expecting a little light humor because I'm familiar with the director's (Scott Cevine) other works. No humor, it was a very serious film which grabbed and kept my attention. The message of the film is important. If you allow an open mind, adopting the concepts taught in this film can you lead you down a more satisfying life. It is simple but not necessarily easy. I liked that they interspersed expert commentary within the framework of the story. Well worth the watch!

Must see for anyone wanting to get more out of life and themselves.

I was referred to this movie and loved it. Took my wife and family back the next day to see it. Just a movie that is worth watching. Not as exciting as Avengers or a romantic comedy, just a movie that matters. A lot of it went over my head the first time but still a great message and so much to learn. It had had a ton of eye opening information that comes with great documentaries. It also had a nice story line that helped you relate with the data points. The acting was a little cheesy at times but understanding the budget and the fact that it is has life changing content, it was very well done. Thanks for a great film and a nice break from the fluff and crap Hollywood puts out. Although I enjoy that stuff also.

Change is not only possible- it is necessary

This documentary presents the science of personal change. It challenges viewers to imagine of a life of health and happiness and then act upon this belief until the change they seek becomes a reality. The use of imagination to facilitate change is not a woo-woo concept. Rather it is rooted in the modern understanding of human behavior, the human body and the human mind. The film is anchored with the framework of a true story of a man who put in prison for manslaughter. While there he finds that prison is not so much a place as a state of believing. He learns that he built his own behavioral and psychological prison long before he was incarcerated. He finds personal freedom and fulfillment while he is in jail. Various experts including Candace Pert, Thomas Moore, Joe Dispenza, Debbie Ford, and others offer insights into what is happening to change this person's life. I highly recommend this film. It will appeal to the same audience that enjoyed "What the Bleep Do We Know?"
