I have just watched E1 of this mini series. If this is how it continues, I can hardly wait to see E2 and E3. Even if they don't turn out to be as good (although I think E2 will be because, the mind is the biggest sexual organ), watching E1 again is definitely worth it.
As a 60+ wsm (white straight male) I broke the episode into 3 parts, what I already knew, what I suspected, and what I didn't know at all. The last part was an eye opener, and the saddest part was, the mapping of the clitoris NOT being done until 2005.
What a shock, and what a disgrace, not on the part of the woman that did but, on the many who didn't, both female AND male.
As to the idea of orgasm being a means to overcome insomnia, is definitely something to think about (the "story" of men turning over and instantly falling asleep, should've been a clue).
There is so much more I could say but, I won't, it would spoil for those who will watch, enjoy, and learn. The "negative" comments I won't look at, to do so would mean these "people" exist. It's people like them that has given rise to a brilliant series like this, that sadly, shouldn't have had to be made in the first place.
I will definitely watch the rest, and most definitely watch the first episode again. There was so much information to try and take in, I need to hear it again to try and digest. Cudos to all the women involved, it is a master learning tool. Well done.

Most of these horrible reviews are coming from guys who cannot watch a female centric show without pulling their hair out. Ignore the negative reviews and see this for yourself.
Nothing remotely about pleasure here.
You could use this instead of a cold shower or to put someone off pleasure for life.
Ideological manure.
After watching this I am stopping our Netflix Subscription. The content is so poor.

I was surprised to see the low rating but then I read some reviews. Well, what can I say? The show is great, it speaks to all kinds of women of very different backgrounds and I felt very understood in many ways. It's a real opening-eye documentary about women's sexuality but men can (and should) also learn a lot with it. But I guess a bunch of conservative people didn't like it? Well, to bad for you.
This limited series was wonderful. It was informative and expansive. Modern and progressive.
It's narrative ranges from doctors that study sexology to women from all walks of life talking about their personal experiences. I feel that most people will finish this series and learn at least one new fact or receive a new perspective!
I've read other reviews and felt disappointed. Some individuals don't have the same access to sex education and this is another step to make this information palatable and available.
Also, if something isn't directly relatable to you it doesn't mean it isn't well made.
