Love this show deserve more recognition and more fame. They need to make more Japanese gl shows they could be more famous with the right promo. Anna Yamada was really good in this role and Haruka deserves more fame and more roles 💜😌. I love this there's nothing to like about that guy he's not all that trust.
One of the film's standout features is its nuanced portrayal of teenage emotions. Kariyama captures the intensity and confusion of adolescence with a delicate touch, avoiding melodrama in favor of a more restrained, introspective approach. The performances are uniformly strong, with Anna Yamada delivering a particularly compelling portrayal of Ai's internal struggles.
Her ability to convey vulnerability and strength in equal measure adds depth to the character, making her journey both relatable and heart-wrenching.
Certain scenes feeling overly drawn out, which may test the patience of some viewers. Additionally, while the film's focus on character development is commendable, it occasionally comes at the expense of plot momentum, leading to moments where the narrative feels stagnant.

This is a typical queerbaiting teen movie with a clichéd romance drama. There's nothing inherently wrong with clichéd teen movies; I often enjoy such films. However, there's nothing new about the story's premise. It follows the same formula you'd find in many other teen romance movies - two high school girls loving the same guy. The core of the film revolves around their feelings for this guy. You can pretty much predict the rest.
This film is overrated if it's considered a LGBTQ-themed movie. If you're seeking LGBTQ representation, this film isn't for you. It lacks any representation of queer life or queer characters.
But if you're looking for a typical teen romance drama, then this film might suit your taste. Despite the predictable plot, you can easily guess how the story goes.

I love the cinematography and directing in this movie. The choice of making the movie so quiet most of the time is a great artistic touch and contributes greatly to the overall atmosphere. It makes consuming the movie much easier too. And Anna Yamada really steals this movie for me. She's always great. She commands most of scenes she's in with just her eyes alone. I thought at first that the male lead was kinda bland and, almost pathetic at first, but I came to like him during the tail end of the movie, so that's quite nice. And that confession scene at the end tho, that was wild. Overall If you like highschool love drama that's not too over the top, or you like GL, give this one a try.
This Film Made Me Feel Everything. I Felt Like A Teenager Again. There's A Lot of Silent Scenes But I Think It's Very Brilliant Because It Captures The Raw Feeling of Emotion and The Love of Youth. It Almost Feels Too Realistic To My Past. I Highly Recommend This Film If You Want To Feel Excitement, Joy, and Melancholy. I'll Definitely Watch It Again.
