The episode was great, some of the people here complaining about being bad clearly don't know what they're talking about. The season so far is doing great and the "negative reviews" are just a cherry on top from all the seething.
It might be Because I live in NYC and I was actually a real Estate agent for a couple years but this episode was hilarious. The way the city people act like chickens who can only say things like "Tesla" and "MacBook" is hilarious and never stops being funny. I did miss seeing the other 3 boys and I usually prefer when everyone is involved but this was a lot of fun. Crazy to me that South Park is in its 25th season and unlike other animated adult shows like Family Guy and The Simpsons it's still going strong.

In the reviews you will find all the butthurt city people who dont like getting made fun of. This episode is brilliant and shows how shallow people are that live in urban environments.
The episode did have a decent joke going for it, but it was overused and by the middle of the episode wasn't really funny anymore. While I did like the other episodes this season, this one just didn't really land for me. I also had trouble really understanding the point... maybe I'm just dumb lol. All around I didn't really care for this one, not one I think I'll be rewatching any time soon.
This was easiest the least funny/interesting episode of an already disappointing season. I love South Park but I honestly think it is time to end it and maybe do something different.

- TriviaThe Coney Island hot dog stand is an actual hot dog-shaped eatery located in Bailey, CO (the show notes it as being in Aspen Park, which was in fact its home from 1970 until 2006) Sadly, the main premise of its inclusion in this real estate-themed episode (as of March 2022) is true - the stand (and its adjoining property) is up for sale, for almost $1.5M.
- GoofsWhen Mrs Cartman drags Eric away from the house they're both trying to show the prospective buyers both families disappear - they should be in the background during the conversation.
- Quotes
Liane Cartman: I got a job, Eric.
Eric Cartman: I'm your job!
