The Decade the Rich Won

I am trying to say something good about this because I did watch both episodes, so must have been some interesting content.

However, I was constantly distracted by the style of editing where random headlines were thrown on the screen with some kind of abstract blurred background as if to narrate the story over that time.

In addition, the heavy blurring of not so old news footage was appallingly ridiculous as it just makes you feel like you are losing your eyesight intermittently.

There were some great commentators like Varoufakis who really understood that Brexit was a vote against Cameron and not against the EU. Why this is never pursued is questionable.

The politicians were happy to do QE because the only investments they are allowed to make are in property or their school friend's hedge fund. So they are biased.

The IMF gets some credit for warning the politicians but they were ignored.

The trader from Citibank was interesting to hear...

Ultimately, a great subject but poorly executed documentary.
