A Breaking Bad reunion took place over the weekend, and it included the actors who played the Schraders. Dean Norris and Betsy Brandt, who played Hank and Marie Schrader in the hit AMC series, were back together again in a new photo shared by Norris 11 years after the show ended.

On Instagram, Norris shared an image of himself joined by Brandt. The reunion came from both actors appearing in Portland for Rose City Comic-Con, joined by several other stars of the series. Amazon’s Prime Video, the home of The Summer I Turned Pretty, is adding another romance series to its roster.

The streamer has ordered Every Year After, an adaptation of Carley Fortune’s best-selling novel Every Summer After. Leila Gerstein (Hart of Dixie, Hulu’s Saint X) is adapting the novel and will serve as showrunner, executive producing with Fortune. Amazon MGM Studios is producing.

Amazon Prime Video has ordered a series adaptation of the Carley Fortune novel “Every Summer After,” Variety has learned.

The series will be titled “Every Year After.” Leila Gerstein is attached to adapt the book for the screen and will also serve as the series’ showrunner and executive producer. Fortune is also set to executive produce.

The Jackson 5 have found their harmony once again for the upcoming biopic “Michael” from director Antoine Fuqua and Oscar-winning producer Graham King.

After a worldwide search led filmmakers to cast Jackson’s nephew, Jaafar Jackson, as the King of Pop, with 9-year-old Juliano Krue Valdi as the younger Michael, fans have been eagerly waiting to see who would round out the rest of the Jackson family.

The film, which is scheduled to hit theaters on April 18, 2025, is currently in production. Oscar-nominee Colman Domingo assumes the role of family patriarch Joe Jackson with Nia Long as mother Katherine Jackson, plus Miles Teller as lawyer John Branca.

Saint X on Hulu is a gripping crime series set in the idyllic Caribbean, with a dark and twisted plot that keeps viewers hooked. While the show received mixed reviews from critics, it gained a strong following among audiences, earning an impressive 84% score on Rotten Tomatoes. Although the series has similarities to the real-life Natalee Holloway case, it is actually a fictional story based on Alexis Schaitkin's 2020 novel, which received critical acclaim upon release. A second season is unlikely due to the limited source material.

Saint X on Hulu tells a shocking and gripping crime story with plenty of twists and turns, but the show's believability has left many to wonder if it is based on a true story. The psychological drama series was developed for the screen by Leila Gerstein and follows Emily as she travels to the Caribbean to finally learn the truth about her older sister's brutal murder two decades earlier.

The already massive world of “Cyberpunk 2077” is about to get even bigger. CD Projekt Red, the studio behind the best-selling open-world game, announced on Thursday that it is partnering with Anonymous Content on a live-action project set in the dystopian universe.

At the moment, it’s unknown whether this project will be a series or a movie. The project is currently looking for a screenwriter to tell “a brand-new story,” according to a press release from the company.

Garrett Kemble, David Levine, Ryan Schwartz and Bard Dorros will produce the project on behalf of Anonymous Content alongside Charlie Scully. The project will developed in close collaboration with “Cyberpunk 2077’s” creative team. Anonymous Content’s AC Studios will act as the project’s studio.

CD Projekt Red is best known for creating “Cyperpunk 2077” as well as the “Witcher” video games, the most critically acclaimed of which is the beloved “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

Thankfully, Amazon Prime Video has already announced The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart will be one-and-done, telling a complete story over the first season.

Many limited series on streaming services get a binge release from the jump, but it's good to know the series will benefit from the weekly conversation that comes with weekly series.

Destry Allyn Spielberg’s directorial feature debut “Don’t Feed the Children,” which stars “Downton Abbey’s” Michelle Dockery, has added three new, young actors to its central cast.

Joshuah Melnick, Emma Meisel and Dean Scott Vazquez are set to join Dockery in the upcoming film, which was written by Paul Bertino, about a viral outbreak that affects only adults.

Following the pandemic, “a group of orphans head south in search of a new life, only to find themselves at the mercy of a deranged woman harboring a dangerous secret,” reads the logline.

The film is set to start shooting next month in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Based on the best-selling debut novel by Holly Ringland, the seven-part television adaptation follows Alice Hart (Alicia Debnam-Carey), who lost her parents at age 9 in an unexpected fire. Alice goes to live with her grandmother June (Weaver) at Thornfield flower farm in Australia, where she unearths several family secrets from her past. The native flora and fauna of the Australian landscape becomes a character in the show. Alice eventually finds her life threatened by a man she loves.

Episode 4 of Saint X ended with John noticing Emily talking to a guy in front of their home. She has begun her assignment of making Gogo trust her. In Alison’s timeline, we have Ethan as a suspect alongside Edwin. In Gogo’s timeline, we find out that Sara has married Edwin, but we do not know if Edwin has come to New York or is still in the Caribbean. Saint X Episode 5 is an oxymoron. Nothing happens, but a lot happens anyways. And it’s unnervingly restless, much more so than the previous episodes.

Saint X is turning out to be quite a restless series in the way it is slowly crouching towards its as yet unknown ending. We have Clairey, a.k.a. Emily, who is stalking Gogo. We have Alison, who is getting more and more involved with Edwin. In a moment of emotional crisis, Alison (West Duchovny) blurts out the suspicion that’s been weighing on her to a stranger in the bathroom: “Am I generic?” she sobs. And though the stranger assures her that she’s not, Saint X takes a more nuanced view.

In premise, the series would seem to be a fairly standard take on the dead-white-girl narrative, with Alison’s eventual unexplained death serving as the mystery at the heart of the plot. But as with the 2020 Alexis Schaitkin novel it’s based on, it upends those tropes by offering a kaleidoscope of perspectives that reconsider what kind of stories we expect from tragedies like these, and who gets to be at their center — or it aims to, anyway. Unfortunately, an accumulation of minor fumbles leaves what could’ve been an incisive subversion of a familiar story feeling, instead, more like a replication of it.

In any good mystery series that withholds its answers until the very end, our investment hinges upon the depth of the characters and their lives outside the looming revelations. There can be a spectacular conclusion that upends all that we had come to expect, but it is nothing without a foundation that gets us to care. By the time all the cards are laid on the table, the weight of impact hinges on all the surrounding details. In Saint X, the new Hulu adaptation of the novel of the same name by Alexis Schaitkin, we almost get there. Through the story of a suspected murder via two timelines, the lead-up to it and the aftermath many years later, its emotional focus is unfortunately bifurcated and ultimately dissipates because of this dispersion.
