Charli Xcx and Rita Ora Are ‘Doing It,’ We Guess
Lady Gaga at an event for The 67th Primetime Emmy Awards (2015)
Come for the "Doing It" video, stay for the YouTube commenters. Some accuse Charli of ripping of Lady Gaga and Beyoncé's "Telephone" (Yes, the video featuring Kill Bill's Pussy Wagon); others accuse Charli of ripping off Christina Aguilera's "Your Body" (We guess there is also a desert involved?). The rest advise Charli to ditch Rita altogether: "you do not need Rita," writes one. "Rita Oral [sic] ruined the song ugh," echoes another. It's funny how everyone here is correct.

12 Stars Who Can’t Stand Their Own Hit Song
Lady Gaga at an event for The 67th Primetime Emmy Awards (2015)
No artist ever dislikes having a mega-hit single. It makes you money, gives you a great deal of fame and adds to your reputation in the music business.

Photos: The Hottest Looks from the 2014 American Music Awards

However, these 12 musicians – from Lady Gaga and Frank Sinatra to Madonna and Celine Dion – have admitted that they can’t stand their own chart-topping songs. We’ve compiled a list of their reasons why.

James Blunt, “You’re Beautiful”

The only thing James will never be with, is in love with “You’re Beautiful.” The singer told Hello! Magazine in October that the song became way too much for fans. "[It] was force-fed down people's throats," he said. "And it became annoying.”

Celine Dion, “My Heart Will Go On”

Turns out Celine Dion didn’t feel an immediate bond with “My Heart Will Go On” as Jack did with Rose in Titanic. The singer admitted in October 2013 that she wasn’t...

Beyonce Rocks A Banging New Retro Look

Beyonce has bangs!

Bangs are officially in for Queen Bey!

Selena Gomez is not the only one bringing them back.

If you remember Beyonce's songs about phones, "Video Phone" and "Telephone," you know that this isn't the first time she's had this 'do.

Now, it seems as if the super short bangs are back in full swing as she posted this photo (and more) on Beyonce.com.

The 33-year-old singer was also spotted looking happy with her retro hairdo on a date night with husband Jay Z in London at the Arts Club in Mayfair.

Iggy Azalea at an event for World War Z (2013)
Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora battle James Marsden in 'Black Widow' music video
Iggy Azalea at an event for World War Z (2013)
Iggy Azalea played up your "Clueless" nostalgia with her "Fancy" video earlier this year, and now she's stabbing you in the gut with "Black Widow" feat. Rita Ora, channeling "Kill Bill." Yup, she and Ora grab katanas, with James Marsden topping both of their Kill lists, as they ride cycles, wield badassery and play poker in zip-up catsuits. Close... but not enough to warrant a Tarantino lawsuit. It was co-directed by Azalea and Director X -- the latter of whom may help explain that T.I. cameo. The dual nature of wreaking havoc after a diner encounter may ring the Beyonce and Lady Gaga "Telephone" line, but another rival may also be paying attention to that samurai swagger. Nicki Minaj wagged her own weapons in her "Your Love" (remember that one?) video in 2010. I think Nicki did it better. Though none can compare to Big Wanda. "Black Widow" is off of Azalea's "The New Classic.

Find Your Jesus, Find Your Kubrick: Lady Gaga as Auteur
For a while, Lady Gaga was one of the most fascinating music stars that had come in a while, primarily because of her unapologetic bombast. Too often, though, she may have been written off as “weird”, from her odd fashion decisions, her performance art appearances on TV, and, of course, her music videos. Gaga, née Stefani Germanotta, through her strange videos presents a vision, often of powerful women and the subversion of fame, through each of her music videos. Sometimes straddling the line between film and music video, Lady Gaga, though not always the director of these videos, is always the auteur behind them.

Lady Gaga’s early music videos are nothing if not promotional material, with “LoveGame” and “Poker Face” being, for the most part, entirely generic within the context of her career. It was not perhaps until she employed the use of music video director Jonas Åkerlund that...

17 Times Lady Gaga Worshipped Her Little Monsters at the artRAVE
Lady Gaga at an event for The 67th Primetime Emmy Awards (2015)
The superstar closed out her two-night set in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

If there is one thing we know to be true in this world, it's that Lady Gaga loves her little monsters.

Never is that more apparent than at a Gaga show. The superstar closed out her two-night Los Angeles tour stop on Tuesday at Staples Center and put her adoration on full display. She screamed, she sang and she shook what her mama gave her – but mostly she offered up declarations of love for the audience. Among the monsters at Tuesday's artRAVE: fans, Gaga's professional collaborators and even her parents.

Et had eyes and ears inside the show and took note of the many times Gaga was feeling the love for her L.A. little monsters.

1. "I'm in Hollywood, you b**ch. You look so beautiful tonight."

2. "Tonight is a night to celebrate our mutual love and admiration of one another… I want you...

James Franco Not Happy About Spring Breakers Sequel
About a week ago, it was reported that Wild Bunch production company is working on a sequel to "Spring Breakers," a 2013 film that starred James Franco, Vanessa Hudgens, Selena Gomez, Ashley Benson, and Rachel Korine. It was reported that "Spring Breaker 2" will have the characters go to war with an extreme militant Christian sect that attempts to convert them. And while the cast wasn't announced, the press release stated that some of the original cast members will reprise their roles. Franco has now reacted to the announcement, revealing that he's pissed that the sequel is being made without Harmony Korine, the writer and director of the original. "F*ck that ['Spring Breakers 2'] Bs," wrote the actor. "They're doing it without Harmony'S Consent. Sounds Lame As A Mutha!" The sequel will be directed by Jonas Akerlund (Spun, Horsemen, Beyonce's "Telephone" music video) from a script by Irvine Welsh, the author of "Trainspotting.

Four Stories Lukewarm from the Presses That I Didn't Write About At First Because Reasons
Submit to our longwinded too descriptive blogpost titles. Submit.

Brangelina II: The Sequel

Finally. The world's most famous movie couple Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt will reunite onscreen 10 long years after Mr & Mrs Smith (2005). Jolie wrote the script which is rumored to be about a troubled couple on vacation attempting to save their marriage. She's obviously been working hard at becoming a force behind the camera (I'm guessing she's announcing retirement from acting by 2018 or so... a hunch) so it's possible she'll direct it, too. It's a complete mystery as to why it's taken this mega-star couple this long to co-star again when a) they're still highly bankable and b) by all sane non-gossipy accounts they're still enormously fond of each other ten long years after their affair on Mr & Mrs Smith caused such a ruckus in Hollywood.

We so rarely get viable recurring screen couples anymore outside of franchises with...

Spring Breakers Sequel Coming, Director, Writer and Plot Revealed
One of the strangest films of last year has to be "Spring Breakers," starring James Franco, Vanessa Hudgens, Selena Gomez, Ashley Benson, Rachel Korine. The movie wasn't big on plot. Instead, it was filled with wacky dialogue and music video-style elements. "Spring Breakers" went on to gross $31.7 million worldwide on a budget of $5 million. Even though it's not considered a massive hit, Wild Bunch production company has now announced that it's developing a sequel. Director/writer Harmony Korine is not returning. He'll be replaced by helmer Jonas Akerlund (Spun, Horsemen, Beyonce's "Telephone" music video), who'll direct from a script by Irvine Welsh, the author of "Trainspotting." The plot has also been revealed. Instead of fighting drug dealers, the characters will go to war with an extreme militant Christian sect that attempts to convert them. Some of the cast will reprise their roles, but it sounds like the main cast will not return.

Nicole Kidman in Birth (2004)
Entertainment Geekly: An attempt to understand Jonathan Glazer, the strangest brilliant director of his age
Nicole Kidman in Birth (2004)
Entertainment Geekly is a weekly column that examines pop culture through a geek lens and simultaneously examines contemporary geek culture through a pop lens. So many lenses!

Should we start with the music videos? Does anyone in college or younger understand why music videos were important? There was a significant portion of the ’90s spent agonizing over how cinema would be forever altered by the onrushing influx of young-turk hotshot music-video auteurs, and the quick-cut glitter-grit really-just-too-much style they brought along.

Now it’s 2014 and music videos are dead, unless you’re a bygone spiffy-clean tween star nakedly straddling a spheroid metaphor.

Lady Gaga: What's Going Wrong with the Pop Star?
Lady Gaga at an event for The 67th Primetime Emmy Awards (2015)
A day doesn't seem to go by when Lady Gaga doesn't raise eyebrows or turn heads. From her ever-inventive and wacky couture to her controversial onstage antics, she loves to incite conversation. But lately, all that attention-getting hasn't translated to chart-topping hits. In the latest issue of People, music critic Chuck Arnold takes a look at how the pop star has gone off course - and what she can learn from Beyoncé.If Lady Gaga really lives for the applause, then she must be worried. Despite being heavily hyped, her latest album, Artpop, has pretty much gone away since its release last November.

Ellar Coltrane in Boyhood (2014)
Sundance 2014: Richard Linklater's entrancing 'Boyhood' captures the Zen of growing up
Ellar Coltrane in Boyhood (2014)
Richard Linklater’s Boyhood, which premiered at Sundance last night, is an entrancing, one-of-a-kind act of dramatic storytelling: a beautiful stunt of a movie. It was shot over a period of 12 years, beginning in 2002, and it takes two hours and 40 minutes to tell the story of a boy named Mason as he grows up in Texas. The hook of the movie — and if it is a stunt, it’s a visionary one — is that Mason is played throughout by a young actor named Ellar Coltrane, who we literally watch grow up, year after year, on camera. That makes the film...

The 10 Best Female-Female Duets
If you haven’t properly celebrated the single release of Lady Gaga and Christina Aguilera‘s “Do What U Want” rendition, repent and get going. And look at this — Rihanna and Shakira are collaborating on a very soon-to-be-released duet too! This calls for a celebration: the 10 best female-female duets. It’s something of a slim genre, which is a shame, but these 10 efforts are nothing but certified classics.

10. Dionne Warwick and Celia Cruz, “Do You Know the Way to San Jose?”

Controversial first pick since we’re obviously familiar with the original, but Dionne’s revamp of the single best Hal David/Burt Bacharach composition with salsa queen Celia Cruz is lively and addictive. The song may tout San Jose, but to me this is the ideal track for a solo road trip to Palm Springs. Not that I’d know anything about it.

9. Beyonce and Shakira, “Beautiful Liar”

A sensual chorus,...

Cheryl Cole: Bikini Babe for 2014 Calendar Spread
Giving her fans a sneak peek from her 2014 calendar, Cheryl Cole shared a few snapshots on Tuesday (November 19).

The former Girls Aloud bandmate took to her Instagram account to show off how flawless her figure truly is.

Next, Miss Cole showed off a photo of her wearing a bit more of a revealing yellow bikini with a caption, "#Bts calendar shoot! The heat, wind, dust up there was no bueno! #standandtan."...

'Saturday Night Live' recap: Lady Gaga lives for applause, but gets laughs too
Lady Gaga at an event for The 67th Primetime Emmy Awards (2015)
Lady Gaga knows how to make fun of herself.

If there was one takeaway from last night’s show, it was that Lady Gaga knows what you all are saying about her. And in the constant jostling for pop-culture supremacy, one of Gaga’s advantages has been that, when she allows it, she often comes across as a down-to-earth goofball. And happily, last night viewers mostly got the silly theater kid and not the art-house provocateur, which led to an overall enjoyable 90 minutes that, while not always laugh-out-loud hilarious, was consistently amusing.

From the moment she busted out of the...

“Glee” 5.04: The Lavender Limelight
Previously on Glee, Kitty got a soul transplant, fell in love with Artie, and became the voice of the people. Bree rolled onto the scene tossing out bitchy one-liners like the echo of the reflection of the specter of Santana Lopez. Ryder and Jake and Marley were all still on the show, I think. Sam fell for the new school nurse, which made him act all weird and panicked because he forgot he looks like Chord Overstreet. Kurt and Blaine got engaged. Santana continued to refuse to cut her terrifying wolverine fingernails (and also started dating Demi Lovato). And Rachel landed the role of Fanny Brice in the Broadway revival of Funny Girl.

She's also lending her new song "Aura" to the flick, and it's featured n the action-packed trailer released Friday, Oct. 4. Azealia Banks Thinks Lady Gaga Stole That Mermaid Look
It appears Lady Gaga's foray into minimalist attire has come to its inevitable end. As we saw with the Vma shell bikini, and now with various barnacle-chic street outfits, she has fully transitioned from her "dressing like a normal human" phase and decided to pursue something more "Little Mermaid meets Pirates of the Caribbean." Gaga even asked her monsters to dress up like mermaids sea monsters at her next show, and Azealia Banks is Not happy.

@ladygaga hmmmm sounds alot like Azealia Banks' mermaid balls.

— Azealia Banks (@Azealiabanks) August 28, 2013

You might think, if someone was going to be annoyed about Gaga picking up the mermaid look it might be Ariel or Captain Jack Sparrow, but apparently Azealia has exclusive rights to maritime costuming.

Of Course gaga wants to play mermaid again..... Pffft.

— Azealia Banks (@Azealiabanks) August 28, 2013

Although, just to be clear, she was not picking a fight.

Not picking a fight.

Lady Gaga Performs ‘Applause’ At 2013 MTV Video Music Awards
Was Gaga’s Vma performance just as weird as you hoped it would be, or did it leave you wanting more? Relive the madness below, then drop a comment with your reaction!

If Lady Gaga indeed lives for “the applause,” then she must have gotten an extra five years added onto her super-weird life during her Aug. 25 performance at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards. The jam-packed audience at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, as well as the millions of Little Monsters watching from home, went nuts as the artist formerly known as Stefani Germanotta burned her stage to the ground. (Not literally, although I wouldn’t have put it past her.)

Gaga opened the show with her killer new single, first taking the stage as a nun — though not a very convincing one. Her back-up dancers wasted no time ripping off her habit, though, revealing a sexy, skin-tight glittery body suit.

Lady Gaga Calls Bradley Manning Sentence "Devastating"
She's always one to speak her mind, and now Lady Gaga is sticking up for former Us Army intelligence analyst Bradley Manning.

Manning stated that he "listened and lip-synced to Lady Gaga's 'Telephone' while exfiltrating possibly the largest data spilling in American history."...

10 Sexiest Music Videos Ever Made
It would be fairly dumb not to accept the relationship between sex and music – if most songs are written about love and loss, the majority have a rogue sexual element, and some songs, like “Baby Got Back” or “The Bad Touch” are more gleeful about their embrace of all things raunchy.

That’s why music videos tend to use sex as a marketing tool – if we’re not being fed shots of singers girating provocatively to symbolise their sexual availability, we’re being shown shots of them actually having sex (probably simulated) in their videos to show how much they love the person they’re singing about.

Teeny pop might not push it in as strong a manner, prefering to have their boy and girl bands jump around like lunatics, but it seems that the industry has cottoned on to the fact that sex sells, and the best way to...

Lady Gaga ready for live gig in August?
Beyoncé
Los Angeles, May 25: Pop star Lady Gaga, who underwent a hip operation earlier this year, is likely to perform on stage at a Beyonce Knowles' show in New York in August.

Gaga is said to be planning her live return at the said show. If the news turns out to be true, it will be her first major gig following an operation on her hip in February.

The grapevine is abuzz after a reported email sent by concert listings website Songkick said she has been lined up to perform with Queen B in Brooklyn Aug 3, reports thesun.co.uk.

Beyonce and Gaga are good friends and they previously worked together on 2010 hit "Telephone".

Happy 27th Birthday, Lady Gaga! Let's Rank Her 27 Best Songs.
Lady Gaga turns 27 today. Ugh, Madonna invented that in 1985.

Just kidding. Since I had such a good time toasting Mariah Carey's extensive canon yesterday, I thought we'd take a chance on another birthday girl today. Bow down to Stefani Germanotta, a.k.a. Lady Gaga, who will no doubt kick off another spectacular year of Lgbt activism and phenomenal pop culture sorcery beginning today. I hope she's wearing only the sleekest wig, blazer, and leotard set as I write this.

Shall we rank the superstar's 27 greatest songs, kids? I apologize for what I've left off, but I'll leave "marrying the night" to you Scotus-approaching domestic types.

27. "Boys, Boys, Boys"

Boys in cars, boys in bars! The Dr. Seuss version of boy-craziness.

26. "Christmas Tree"

Aggressive, Christmas-themed innuendo. She's the Star On Top, everyone.

25. "Speechless"

Elton John by way of Billy Joel by way of drunken teenage poetry.

24. "Hair"

Pure madness...

Neighboring Groans: Akerland’s Tone Deaf Latest Cranks Manic Quirk

Swedish filmmaker Jonas Akerlund returns with his third feature, Small Apartments, based on a novel by Chris Mills which was the top prize recipient in a Canadian Three-Day Novel Contest back in 2000. Akerlund’s 2002 debut, Spun, may have generated a sort of cult audience, but his last narrative directorial effort was a dismally received 2009 Dennis Quaid apocalyptic thriller Horsemen. This latest title still doesn’t even come close to outshining his best work, namely music videos for Madonna’s “Ray of Light” or Lady Gaga’s “Telephone”, and instead sees the filmmaker returning to garish, quirk oriented material, adapted for the screen by the text’s original author. While this may be miles ahead of the original source material of Akerlund’s Quaid clunker (which had been penned by Dave Callaham, best known for his Expendables screenplays), this tonally uneven...

Lady Gaga to Headline Private White House Inauguration Ball
Beyoncé
Beyoncé may get to sing the National Anthem to hordes of freezing Obama fans packing the National Mall on Monday, but Lady Gaga's definitely got the better Inauguration Day gig: Partying it up with all those crazy cats at the White House. Gaga will perform at a private ball Tuesday for White House staffers (whose security badges surely light up as rave sticks), the Associated Press has learned, filling the impossibly large shoes of Jay-z who four years ago performed the 2008-appropriate "99 Problems but George Bush Ain't One." So Gaga better be ready with a victorious "Just Dance (With Obama)" and maybe even a conciliatory "Telephone (Romney to See How He's Doing)."...

A few months back, Lady Gaga had posted a photograph of herself wearing earrings with the word "Ratchet" written on them, the Sun reported.

Now, Beyonce has followed it up with an image of the same item hanging from her ears.

Washington, Dec 14: Lady Gaga is not the only one in her family with talent, as her little sister, Natali Germanotta struck her fiercest poses in a photo shoot for ViralFashion.com.

The 20-year-old modeled big hair, bright red lips and looks from J. Mendel, Givenchy, Azzedine Alaia and Lanvin for the shoot at her parents' New York City restaurant, Joanne Trattoria, ABC News reported.

Germanotta, a fashion student at Parsons The New School for Design, has had few flashes in the spotlight alongside her famous sister.

The Voice's Cody Belew Talks 'Jolene' Twist, Mad Max Jackets and How He's Like…Seinfeld?
The Voice (2011)
Cody Belew may have blown a couple of minds when he performed Beyoncé’s “Crazy in Love” during Season 3 of The Voice — complete with outrageous leather jacket, bad-ass boots and end-of-song hip swivelrie — but in his mind, it was a perfect opportunity to “focus-group what America was willing to digest.”

And when he breezed into the next round, the 27-year-old Arkansas native took it as a direct message. “People said, ’We’re ready. We understand exactly what it was you were doing, and we want more of that,’” says Belew. “There’s a reason why your David Bowie, your Prince,...

Lady Gaga at an event for The 67th Primetime Emmy Awards (2015)
London, Nov 13: Lady Gaga has added yet another tattoo to her growing body art collection, that is believed to be a tribute to Brazilian city Rio de Janeiro.

The 26-year-old singer, who was going to perform in Brazil on Saturday, got "R+O" inked that day itself and then proudly posted the results on Twitter.

According to her website and Twitter page, each of the 'Telephone' hitmaker's many tattoos is said to have a deeply personal meaning to her and this one is no different.

"R+O. Monsters, all over the world you continue to inspire me everyday, your like an endless ocean of possibilities," the Daily Mail quoted her.

Lady Gaga confirms a 'Telephone' sequel on 'Artpop'
Lady Gaga at an event for The 67th Primetime Emmy Awards (2015)
Lady Gaga was Tweeting about the presidential debates last night, and decided to use some of the time after to take questions from fans. One of those was about "the continuation" of "Telephone," her mega-hit duet with Beyonce from "The Fame Monster." "Fact or fake?" asked fan @drunky_gaga. "Fact," Mother Monster replied. No word if that means Bey will actually show up on the track, but obviously she didn't perish in the great food poisoning incident in the epic music video for the tune, so why the hell not? Gaga also firmed up that producers Fernando Garibay and RedOne would be returning...

'The Voice' S3, Week 5: Inside Look
The Voice (2011)
"I know how to steal, I'm a good thief." - Adam Levine

The Battles

I must admit that I when I was a contender on The Voice, The Battles was my least favorite part of the experience. High tension, frazzled emotions and chronic nerves were felt by every contestant. That being said, as a viewer, The Battles are some of the best television out there. The stakes are high, the performances either dazzle or fizzle and we are privy to behind the scenes coaching which is what makes this show so compelling.

Last week, I told you guys to look up a sneak peek of Trevin Hunte and Amanda Brown's exhilarating battle. We now know that Trevin won with his thrilling rendition of Vision of Love but it wasn’t the end of the road for Amanda, who was stolen by Adam.

The Coaches' Steal is the most exciting, new aspect...

The Voice: Second Night of Battles Intensifies Competition
The Voice (2011)
Tuesday's second night of the Battle Rounds on The Voice made for some intense duos between contestants and brought out the passion from the coaches.

Team Adam's Caitlin Michele and Melanie Martinez surprised the coaches by packing two very different, yet powerful, punches. Christina Aguilera praised both for their sweet, haunting take on Ellie Goulding's "Lights."

Every coach had difficulty choosing between the distinctive songstresses, but Adam Levine stuck with Martinez and her breathy, soft vocals. Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton fought it out for the honor of bringing Michele and her bold, clear tone to their teams,...

The Voice Recap: Battle Hymns [Updated]
Christina Aguilera
When Mary J. Blige is speaking, people had better listen. When the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul is wearing her Serious Lady Horn-Rimmed Glasses, and has to take a pause to collect her thoughts because an undiscovered teenage singer is just killing it, then you might have witnessed the eventual winner of Season 3 of The Voice.

Of course, while Mjb was holleratin’ that Melanie Martinez’s voice had “so much depth,” the young photographer’s Battle Round opponent, Caitlin Michele, was showing off an equally impressive ability to breathe fresh life into a current radio hit. Their fantastic rehearsal led...

‘The Voice’ Recap: Melanie Martinez & Caitlin Michele Wow The Coaches
Thank you, NBC, for this season's steal option! No one was ready to say goodbye to either Melanie or Caitlin! Welcome back, fans of The Voice! Tonight's episode continued the battle rounds, seeing our favorite coaches (Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, and Blake Shelton) pairing up some heavyweight singers and sending them head-to-head into the ring. Thankfully the producers introduced the steal twist this season because the night's final performance, between Melanie Martinez and Caitlin Michele, was too good to send anyone home! Cody Belew vs. Domo The two meet with Cee Lo and advisor Rob Thomas to learn the song they'll be performing: "Telephone" by Lady Gaga. Cee Lo wants to see which of these two singer-dancers can step up and take charge. During rehearsals, Domo comes off just as annoying in her blind audition. She's more concerned with her look and her dancing than perfecting her weak vocals.

Lady Gaga at an event for The 67th Primetime Emmy Awards (2015)
Lady Gaga's perfume ad is just as weird as you'd expect -- Video
Lady Gaga at an event for The 67th Primetime Emmy Awards (2015)
Only Lady Gaga could get away with releasing a 30-second “trailer” for an advertisement… followed, one month later, by the full ad, which clocks in at an astonishing five minutes and 30 seconds. That’s 22 seconds longer than her “Bad Romance” video, though not nearly as lengthy as her epic “Telephone” mini-movie.

Anyway: The commercial — er, short film — starts with a title card that simply reads “Warning” in bright red letters. After that, screaming and Phantom of the Opera-style organ chords lead us into a shot of a giant, golden Gaga statue, which lays in repose before an army of mostly naked dudes.

ITV Warn Morning Presenters Over Product Placement
Lorraine Kelly in Lorraine (2001)
A fashion expert on ITV's Lorraine has come under fire for plugging clothes from a shop he works for, it was revealed on Wednesday, sparking investigations into the channel's other presenters and possible product placement.

Lorraine's fashion guru Mark Heyes was given a warning after he promoted clothes from Debenhams while being paid as the store's brand ambassador.

This Morning's Holly Willoughby and TV chef Gino D'Campo have also reportedly been warned over plugging brands they are associated with.

A source told The Mirror: "In the past Holly has worn a number of her own dresses from the brand Very and Gino often wears bright watches which are on camera a lot, so we have to look at things like this now to make sure we don't do anything wrong."

ITV were previously accused of product placement in 2011, when hit reality show the X Factor was investigated by Ofcom...

Britney Spears' Blackout Added To The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Music Library
Britney Spears' critically acclaimed 2007 album Blackout has not only topped a million in sales but it is now the pop star's only album to be added to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's music library and archives. The Hall developed the archive to be the "most comprehensive repository of materials relating to the history of rock and roll … in order to broaden awareness and understanding of rock and roll, its roots, and its impact on our society."

The Celebrity Café reported earlier today (June 13) that the album was added to the archive this month, so we reached out to the Hall of Fame to get the details on the acquisition.

"We purchased that CD a few months ago as part of a project involving the acquisition of the most critically acclaimed albums of the past couple of decades," Andy Leach, director of Library and Archives at the Rock...

Katy Perry Is The Latest Star To Get The Comic Book Treatment
By Zachary Swickey

Katy Perry has shattered records, got her own concert film and now the pop songstress is about to be the latest star immortalized in comic book form.

The "Part of Me" singer will get the (unauthorized) treatment from Bluewater Comic Books in “Fame: Katy Perry.” The graphic novel will tackle Perry’s upbringing as the daughter of two Christian pastors in addition to her struggles landing a record deal in Los Angeles.

Perry is by no means the first to get the comic book treatment courtesy of Bluewater. The company has animated many a celeb in their “Fame” series, including Betty White, Lady Gaga and Angelina Jolie. Although, not all artists were thrilled with the interpretations: the company received cease-and-desist letters concerning their Gaga and Justin Bieber issues.

The company quickly responded at the time, telling MTV News, “We are 100% within our First Amendment rights. We knew...

Lady Gaga's Indonesian Flash Mob Made Her 'Cry So Hard'
'You are the best fans,' Gaga tweets after fans pay tribute following cancellation of her Jakarta concert.

By James Montgomery

Late last month, Lady Gaga was forced to cancel her June 3 concert in Jakarta, Indonesia, after protests from Islamic groups led to national police denying her a permit for the show. But now, a different group of Indonesians has taken to the street, this time to show their support for the Mother Monster. And it's left Gaga in tears.

In a show of solidarity and support, 91 of Gaga's biggest, bravest fans — dubbed the Indonesian Little Monsters — gathered at Jakarta's Ex Plaza Indonesia shopping center for a flash-mob tribute to the singer. They were dressed to the nines in their Gaga finest, breaking into a choreographed dance number while surprised shoppers looked on — and filmed the entire routine on their camera phones.

In the 10-minute video,...

Lady Gaga's Born This Way Ball Kicks Off Amid Protests
Seoul, South Korea, set list heavy on new material, but Gaga's biggest hits come out to play.

Lady Gaga kicked off her hotly awaited Born This Way Ball at Seoul, South Korea's Olympic Stadium on Friday (April 27) in front of 45,000 fans, and despite protests from Christian groups saying Mother Monster was "obscene" and could "taint" young people with her performance, the concert appears to have gone on without incident.

Intrepid Twitter fans are already showing off pictures and video of the Btw Ball's enormous Gothic castle backdrop and myriad costume changes, making it clear that Gaga has outdone even her own Monster Ball in terms of spectacle.

While we wait for reviews to trickle in from halfway around the world, one thing is certain: No minors were corrupted at the show. Earlier this month, the Korea Media...
