Visually stunning Newsroom Drama

Blood Money does something that most of the Indian films don't. It's a no nonsense crisp screenplay that keeps you guessing and hooked till the last shot. There are no unwanted scenes or dialogues. Well directed film. Emotionally engrossing and the plight of Indians in Gulf shown good. Definitely a great watch for the kind of shots and making!

New story. But....

Definitely a new concept but very poor execution. 90 mins movie seems like forever. Never ending. We can predict every scene before it starts. Way too dramatic.

Reminded me of Ka/Pe Ranasingam in many places. That movie had a very strong climax which is totally missing in this movie.

Heroine faces constant struggles from her own workplace which makes her investigation steps look weaker. Suddenly movie takes a turn to srilanka, eelam issue. These are just force fed to audience.

The word blood money and kuwait's rule was explained 10-15 times throughout the movie makes us to lose interest in the movie.

If yu got 90 mins spare time just watch it for the sake. Nothing important.

Fast, crisp investigative thriller

Really liked this movie for its very good storyline, screenplay and some very good acting from Priya, Shirish and Kishore. It brings into light how under educated people who travel abroad for work suffer there.

Best part is movie is just about 1.5 hours, so movie finishes in no time, it also teaches you how journalists look at issues from different perspective.

Only reason for 9 stars is, first 15 minutes were little slow, otherwise all good. 👍

Good story told in very predictable screenplay

Good story and very poor screenplay...everything is predictable from the beginning. The biggest strength is the short duration of the movie. Some scenes are dragged like anything and nothing new. Only one scene was worth watching, where they reveal the covered up accident.

Easily skippable one.
