Charlotta, a transgendered young woman from Barcelona is arrested for prostitution shortly before her Mom is due to arrive from Spain. When she and her Mom reveal secrets to each other, her life is turned upside down. After a failed romance with her attorney, and an affair with a lesbian photographer. she is so distressed about her identity that she embarks on a spiritual journey which leads to guidance from a very unexpected source.

CharlottaTS. A Hybrid film about a Hybrid woman./ Great film

Excellent film. Organic, real, great theme, funny and very touching. Laura Bayonas performs an unique, fine and fun character as Charlotta. Director Lewis Teague, creates a very unique micro-movie making and challenging work. Very courageous and honest. Excellent supporting cast. Talented composer Charles Bernstein guides the film with an original and moving score. The writing is original and full of life and content. A trans-gender woman from Barcelona looking for love and identity in the city of Los Angeles guides the audience through her unexpected adventures. Frivolous, fun, fresh and deeply touching.
