Made with a long take shot, this very short movie, is very simple to understand, it is a indictment against the social and political decisions of the French government for the common folks. It takes place in a Parisian subway carriage, where a homeless makes a speech - a deputy, politician like speech - but full of irony and sarcasm. It is just a very short picture of the French today society, smart, and pulled by an exquisite Denis Lavant, whose parents were wealthy physicians living in Neuilly Sur Seine - the Parisian Beverly Hills, and who prefered making a career in circuses and stage play theaters.
